Ordered 2 kid meals. Each with a four piece nugget. Only one had the nuggets. The other only had fries and apple slices. Called about it. Of course they want me to waste my time and go back because they couldn’t do their job correctly the first time. Couldn’t refund anything. An absolute joke.

other McDonald’s had a power outage and wouldn’t help us with our order but this McDonald’s allowed us to place our order here, even though it was a mobile order. Thanks to Laura.

Tried ordering a kids meal on their app for pick up. Tells me its not available. I get there an order one no problem. Clearly they just want you to order more profitable items through deceit. Lost my business.

It's a McDonald's. You know what you're getting. I will add this to any other dads out there: they do not have a diaper changing station in the men's bathroom. Had to change a diaper on the floor of the stall. Luckily I had a changing mat with me, but I wish more places would take into consideration that men also know how to change a kid.

Employee in restroom left without washing hands, got our food at 9:46 and were kicked out even though sign on door said the lobby closed at 11:00. It was a long day with 2 little kid, really would have preferred to eat at a table.
Ordered a Big Mac how did it delivered no pickle no sauce no lettuce just plain old bun but meat patties and Mcfishh just same thing just two buns and a fish sandwich no tartar sauce I have ordered food from here for a very long time and all of a sudden I get this I had this food delivered by Uber and this is what I get I'm going to see about a refund because this is a joke something doesn't happen I'll never visit McDonald's ever again.

This is the 3rd time i have gotten home to have food missing i paid for. Whenever i am in the lobby they are on phones, joking about drugs. We are in a hurried world and been given a lot of things that help make things easier like self checkout and order online. But does that replace customer service? I feel the name “McDonald’s” stands for more than what is been given at this location.

I left my house as soon as I ordered. The McDonald's is maybe 4 minutes away by the time I got there my order was waiting cold fries, old chicken nuggets. Than they forgot my daughters happy meal. Which I did to so I had to go back.
