Order from this place a lot, but this time it was just left right in front of my door no knock no notice, it sat for twenty minutes then they said they would replace it in 40 minutes an hour goes by and I call again and then the said they will send me a refund I usually get amazing service from this place to hopefully it was just a bad day.

Buyers beware. They will get your order wrong. I ordered a 6 cheese Tuscan pizza and brownies. I received cheese breadsticks and cuparonis. I made my order online. Not sure how they got my order wrong. Don’t be surprised if you end up getting something totally different than what you ordered. This papa John’s can’t follow basic instructions. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I've had so many issues with Papa John's. Right now I'm waiting 15-20 minutes longer because apparently someone gave my order out already. This is after waiting 7-8 minutes because it wasn't ready by the ET that the online order gave. The last time I ordered here they didn't give me any of the extra side sauces I ordered. I stopped using the one on hill Rd because I could see that they had lied to me about my order being almost ready when I got there at the ET that the online order gave me. I waited 30 minutes and during this time I was on the phone with corporate to address my concerns about their online business giving false ET of the order being done. They transferred me to a representative in the area where the phone rang for 10 minutes before I gave up. Idk what's going on with Papa johns but the food service in Utah seems to really suck.

I keep forgetting to review this place, but they deserve to be recognized. We have ordered from here many times and almost every time I have been impressed. We usually order around dinner time and have only tone take out, but this place has been fast and efficient, appears clean, employees have been helpful, and pizza has looked delicious with our last several visits. They have been much more consistent on quality than any other chain place nearby. Only con is the prices, but we just wait until they have a good deal going to order.

Extremely disappointed in the service tonight. Usually everything is fine when we order, but we were missing some sauce, simple mistake. So we called and pressed the option to speak to a real person about the issue and he acted as if we were the ones that forgot it and wouldn’t provide any sort of solution. He was extremely short and rude with us. We decided the sauce wasn’t worth the fight. Next time though I’d hope for better over something so small.

This is at least the second time we have arrived to pick up our "ready" order only to find out they have had a mishap of some sort and have to remake things. However, after a wait, it seems only one had to be remade, and the others sat there getting cold. And then, when we got home, we found that one papadia was completely the wrong thing, even though the box was labeled correctly.
