“I went here with my family for lunch today. It was probably the 5th-6th time we’ve been there. It was 12:30, so it should’ve been busy, but it wasn’t. We have 3 kids, including a 10 month old, and the lady who was cleaning up in the lobby stopped what she was doing to help get our kids (especially the baby) set up at a table before we went up to the front to order. She didn’t even need to be cleaning up, because it’s always pretty clean. While we ordered, we always had a clear line-of-sight to the table to make sure the kids were ok and the workers seamlessly transitioned us to the end of the line, let us sample some new food items and made sure we had everything we wanted. The cashier even made sure to have me scan my rewards points for my app before I paid. Furthermore, when we finished eating, there was a new person cleaning up the lobby (I think it was a shift change) and she was just as helpful as the lady who helped us get our kids settled in. We forgot a few things and as we were getting in our car, she ran out a bib & bottle for my baby. The service was outstanding and it always is at this location. We travel further to specifically go to THIS Zupa’s because it’s always like this. We will definitely be back and you won’t regret it if you go!“

“Lucita Gomez is mistaken. This place is owned by ethnic minorities, they speak Spanish. I heard it myself. I eat here with my mom. We talk about how inclusive the place is. I was just saying in my Ethnicity and Older Women in the American Society class at Weber State University that this place is inclusive and pc. My mom is disabled. We feel safe here. I like the nut milks.“
“Went there recently very close to closing time and ordered a decent amount of food. When we received our food, our fries were rock hard and couldn’t even be chewed, I went up to just let them know they may be serving mad fries and I let gage know I wasn’t looking for a refund or a replacement. Just giving a heads up, I went and sat back down. Gage came over with a pile of loaded fries, and 2 tubs of ice cream. He continued to apologize afterwards. Gage was awesome and had an even better attitude, give that dude a raise!“
“I absolutely love the bowls and the rice noodles feel so lightweight but substantial in the body. Good food without weighing you down afterwards. You feel healthy and nourished and it tastes so good!!! The curry and lemongrass sauces are both so good and their drinks are nice too.“

Sometimes I'll just get it to-go, and it's ready in about 20 minutes.Parking: Plenty of parking all around the building. About 10 stalls in front of the doors, but you can also park around the side facing the building or in the wider lot.“

“I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and cheesy potato soup. The chicken salad was bland so I had to add extra salt and pepper on my own. I wish the chicken salad was spread out across my sandwich and not a large lump in the middle of it. They didn't have chicken noodle soup available and so I settled for the cheesy potato soup. Cheesy potato soup was actually pretty darn good. I'm not a fan of cheesy soup, but I really enjoyed it here.They also have cookies in their display case but I didn't have a sweet tooth at the time. Maybe I'll try it next time!“
“Food at Cafe Zupas is always pretty good. I was unimpressed with the service, as they were slow, could not keep my order straight (I had to repeat it several times), and generally not that friendly. Overall, I will come back to this location eventually, but probably not soon.“
“So I decided to take my 8yr old son here for his first time as a reward for helping around the house. To preface he wanted to go to McDonalds but I said let’s try dad’s favorite burger joint. After creating his burger his way, He takes his first bite and does this spaz move and says “what the! No wayyyy! How can it be thissss gooood! This tastes just like… straight from heaven food! Now I know why it’s your favorite!” We enjoyed the rest of our food and he says so matter of fact “you know what dad? If I was dying and had just one last meal, this would be it, just this but this big,” holding his hands out the size of the table. Well done Tonyburgers you just made a customer for life. I just wished I’d filmed it with all his 8 year old energy and mannerisms.“
“This is the one at the mall. Our kids chose this over and over again when we needed to eat in the food court on different shopping trips. The atmosphere could be better if the mall took better care of the place there. However, the Chick-fil-A people were great!“
“This is by far the best Hawaiian BBQ place I have been to. I do not normally like this type of food, but my family does. I was really surprised, the food was excellent! I got the Teriyaki Steak and the Hawaiian BBQ Beef, definitely worth trying. Also, you get a lot of food, could not even finish it, I would this place to everyone.“
“Menu was a little misleading. I ordered fish and chips. The young woman then asked what side I wanted. I asked for broccoli. When my dinner came to the table there were no chips. The employees were nice and helpful and there was one young man with a playboy bunny tattoo on his neck that went above and beyond to help the customers inside the lobby that were eating, the lobby was full.
