I've never had problems with this location, the girls are always friendly. As someone who works at Starbucks, Beans is my favorite coffee place.Parking: Small parking lot, it depends on what time you go, it might be pretty full, but there's usually at least a space. Plus service is fast, most people leave quickly.Kid-friendliness: Other than one display in the middle, this place is great. Not sure food/drink wise what they have for kids, but they do have a corner with books and stuff to keep them entertained, along with booths.

Very disappointing. Kaylee criticized my drink request and made me feel stupid. So I ended up going with a simple drip coffee that was cold and tasted like it was brewed days ago. Then one of her coworkers dropped something and when I asked if she was okay, Kaylee shot back at me “She’s fine!” Very unprofessional service. Very unwelcoming environment. Making it a point never to return to this location again.

Beans & Brews Coffeehouse claims, on their website, thatthey're "not just beans people" they claim to be more than that. They claim to be "people people, too."COFFEE PEOPLE!? NAH they're ABLEIST PeopleEarlier today, the General Manager just fired my favorite employee at this location. They didn't fire him for his work capabilities, because he was an awesome worker.Beans & Brews Coffeehouse just fired my favorite employee for having a seizure and calling in sick last week.That is extremely ABLEIST behavior. And I will NEVER be purchasing a single thing from Beans & Brews Coffeehouse ever again.I will be reporting this to the Department of LaborWeird that other reviews after mine have been answered and responded to... But the "ABLEIST" review gets no response? thats pretty telling Beans & Brew...

Not impressed with this location at all. The food and coffee are not great and quality is inconsistent. Not to mention the manager is very rude and did not treat staff well. Upper management should really look into how employees are treated here. Very disappointed overall and will not be coming back.

It was great that it was open on Christmas and the service was good, the service was fast and the flavor was exquisite, I recommend it 10/10

I reviewed on the app a positive review before my experience when they deserve a very negative review. I went there on weds dec. the 20th at night. 2 young kids were working. It was empty. We ordered 2 teas and 2 hot chocolates. They brought out the hot chocolates and then we waited for our teas. I kept telling my husband they forgot our teas but he thought they didn't. I'm watching these kids literally on their phones and twiddling their thumbs. 15 mins into waiting I asked them about our teas and they said,"oh." All clueless. They proceeded to make our teas which were not good. I'm not sure they even made the tea we ordered. I dont understand how 3 kids forget 4 drinks on a not busy night where literally only my family and one other customer came in. I used to only go to beans and brew but honestly I don't know after this experience I will be going again. If I could rate these kids service any lower. I would!
