Horrible experience of customer service from the employee named Kyra. she was very rude from the beginning. I came in with a coupon and she acted like she didn’t want to take it. When I asked for a water she rudely gave it to me and when I asked for 3 extra packets of sauce she wouldn’t give them to me she said she would only give me 2 because of policy, she said that policy was 1 packet per ítem that I purchased. I asked for a Manager and she said she was the manager and no one there could help me. I have been coming here since the day this place was built and never before have I been treated the way Kyra treated me today. I am a small business owner and would never hire an employee with that attitude very unprofessional and very heartbreaking after coming to this place for all the years I’ve been living here. I don’t think I’ll ever come back.

Don’t go to this location at night. The evening crew doesn’t care about how their food goes out. Tacos barely had any meat, cheese and practically no lettuce. The fish taco tortillas were not warmed up and were breaking when folded, milkshakes were not blended, chicken tacos were so messy even the outside of the wrapper was a mess. The daytime crew does better. Have lunch there don’t bother for dinner.
