Went to go pick up my drink after I placed them on the app and the doors were locked so I had to go through the drive-through and spend double the amount of time because I had selected the walk-in option. Don't have that as an option if you aren't gonna make it accessible

This is at least the 5th time I have been here hours before close and the lobby is locked. And on the app they have it set up for drive thru only. My vehicle doesn’t fit thru the drive thru at this location, and when I do have a vehicle that fits through drive thru they give you attitude if you order something that isn’t basic, they will never tell you if you have points available, and they will pressure you for a tip after giving you attitude. This location really is a bad stain on the brand.Update 1/20 I tried this location again, had to constantly repeat myself because the employee was too busy talking to her boyfriend (who was inside) rather than doing her job, she then proceeded to tell me they were no longer taking cash tonight which has never been a thing before. It’s such a shame you can’t get in contact with the brand or owners to get all of this taken care of

This location has gone down hill, they never tell me about my rewards I have and I am always given attitude by the girls working there.I came in tonight to order and the lady was very rude and told me that she wouldn’t take cash payment and gave me attitude when trying to order. I tried going in but the doors were locked and yet there was a guy just sitting there talking to the female worker….. I will go to Swig moving forward because the service is better and I get use my rewards.

I have been coming to this location regularly for yearssss. There is a cute newer employee who is the best I’ve ever interacted with in my years here. She is very kind and genuine, always comes across positive and in a good mood, and has never once gotten my drink wrong. I am happy when I here her voice coming through the order box because I know it’ll be a good visit - keep up the good work, Danika!

I love Fiiz the record.This location is sometimes ok, sometimes not. Today we went inside to order and no one made eye contact with us, or any other form of acknowledgement of our presence. The girls working here seem to clearly hate where they work. We sat at the bar and they proceeded to take and serve 5 drive through customers before someone even said anything to us.Ordered drink and pretzels, drinks are good as usual but the pretzels and cheese were pretty gross.If you need Fiiz and don't mind a quick drive, go to the one in West Valley. If not, go to Swig just down the road in Taylorsville. They are very kind at their store
