I've been searching for a sugarcane drink place in Utah for a really long time. Not only was this drink authentic but tasted very similar to how my hometown in Vietnam used to make it. It was very nostalgic and brought back a lot of memories from my childhood. This is very convenient knowing I no longer have to travel to Cali to get sugarcane since this location is 10 minutes from my house. I also recommend their spring rolls/egg rolls, chicken rice plate, and flan cake:)
I love the food here. They have different specials on the weekends and I look forward to it. I also love their M1 entree and sugar cane drink is delicious and refreshing. Very sweet and lovely owners! :)

Absolutely love this deli! It has become our favorite weekly spot to enjoy an authentic Vietnamese dish that tastes like it's homemade. They do weekly specials that have all be amazing. Brenda has been so kind to us, and the service has been impeccable. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great food and drinks, whether it's casual dining or to-go.

I've always wanted another type of "fast food" service that had some Asian dishes either to go or to be able to have a quick bite. Jades corner is run by the daughter of previous grocery store owner Tay do. I was pretty excited to see that their menu had some good selections based off Vietnamese cuisine! Every weekend they always advertise something different that they will be serving which is great! They also added an additional "noodle wall" which is awesome where you can choose from a variety of noodles, and a cold freezer of toppings. I've never seen this in other establishments. We got the crispy pork belly rice plate with char siu, and I got the fried pork chop plate with added fried egg. Simple and quick but delicious lunch! Now that they are serving duck on the weekends, I'm hoping they can add a duck rice dish, that would top it off!

I'm posting this with hesitation because I want to keep it my secret. This place was so good I already can't wait to go back. We visited on a Sunday and it was nice with very prompt service. We tried quite a few things, and I was impressed with absolutely everything I tried. I was impressed with their service and the quality of the food we tried. We had the fried shrimp appetizer, so crispy and yummy. We also had the Nem Nuong (grilled pork sausage) spring roll, with just the right amount of crunch and very fresh. You get 4 large rolls per order! My entree was the crispy pork belly and rice ;all rice plates are served with pickled veggies, sliced tomato, and cucumbers. The pork belly was crispy on the top and sliced into amazing bite-sized pieces. The pickled veggies complimented the plate. We also ordered the chicken pho, which happened to be the daily special. The broth was seasoned just right, and if you know pho broth, you'll know that no extras need to be added to enjoy the flavors of the soup. Now let me tell you about the next meal. It was instant ramen but not just plain old noodles because they have a ramen bar! Something I've never seen in Utah. It was beyond instant noodles. They have a wall of instant ramen that you can pick from. Then, you pick your protein from a freezer full of options. After a 4 step process, you pick your add-ons, and all noodles come with green onion and loaded with cilantro. They are then cooked together and served to yummy perfection. This concept I've seen in nearby states, but now you can have it at Jades. The place also offers packaged goods and desserts, like che thai (Vietnamese fruit cocktail), the best I've ever had. They offer fruit smoothies with actual real fruit. Complimentary fruit infused water. An array of juices and coffees and no boba. They explained they want to keep friendly and not compete with the nearby food vendors who sell Boba drinks. I was highly impressed with the food, super friendly service, and all-around great people and place. I even heard a little bit about future plans for the restaurant. P.S. Some menu food options change on weekends, so keep up on socials. Enjoy my food pics!

Everything here is so good! The food, the drinks, the side market snacks, etc. It's like a little Asian market eatery. The sugar cane beverage is super refreshing!! It costs $6.99 for 16 oz. The Durian smoothie is amazing too. It's rare to find Durian flavored drinks at other drink places. Love their drinks and want to try all the other flavors. Smoothie flavors: soursop, jackfruit, mango, strawberry, durian, avocado I tried the crispy pork entree and the limited edition January special Banh Khot (hope this comes back). Both did not disappoint. They had so much flavor and a good balance of vegetables and protein. The pork is crisp and even the pickled carrot and daikon. Just how I like it!! Yum Yummy yum!!
The food here is ridiculously good. It's fresh, light, fragrant, bursting with flavor, and is just all-around delicious. They really step it up with their customer service. They're the nicest people ever, and eager to make any accommodations you may need for diet. Brenda told us about their upcoming dishes and whatnot, which we are very excited to try. She was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will be back without a doubt!

We stopped by here after the airport so it was very convenient. They had a good menu and importantly, banh khot, which may be seasonal? There's a small section with desserts and a make your own ramen noodle bar! So cute. I ended up just ordering from the menu, which was the crispy pork belly rice bowl. The food took quite a while to come out though, even though we were the only ones there. For my dish in particular they had the roast pork hung in a station so I'm not sure why it took a while--maybe they were trying to serve everything at once. I was a little disappointed that the port belly was a bit rubbery. Maybe they could at least re-air fry it so it tastes warm? Banh khot was great. Super crispy! Reminds me of baby banh xeo. Probably the highlight of our orders! I also order the Vietnamese coffee which I enjoyed. It wasn't bitter and actually leaned on the sweeter side. Still tasted different than other places, I'm not sure what their secret ingredient was!
