This place alway is busy so you need to plan ahead but worth the wait. If you have not had Korean BBQ before they have friendly staff to walk through the experience!

Amazing selection and their servers are patient. Can never choose between the two options so I get both. They play kpopnthe whole time so I end up singing along!

I love this place but as a disabled person the place is very large so to go to the food bar is difficult, I have to have someone go to the foodbar for me.Vegetarian options: I love the vegetables, freshParking: I am disabled so unless you get one of the few handicap spaces it is usually very far for me to walk from, I get dropped off.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker. Very large but unless seated by the food bar it’s too far for me to go to the food bar.

Great food and atmosphere. I have been there twice. Both times the servers are absolutely pathetic, I thought at one point I would have to go get myself water since asking our server twice for water and Silverware. The food was what made me go back a 2nd time and I believe in 2nd chances but the last time I went I brought 2 friends and was embarrassed I picked the spot because both friends were complaining about the service. I had to ask multi times for the grill to be changed out, that should not be the case anywhere. I already cook my own food, the least the can do is provide service. I don't think they train their servers, or maybe I got a Gen z because he did not check on us once and I had to hall him down for the grill to be changed and refills on water. I definitely won't be going here again. Such a disappointment.

i loved this place! we came here to celebrate me graduating high school, so we naturally got the bbq & hotpot package. it was delicious and the service was wonderful. the atmosphere was probably the best out of all the hotpot places in utah that i’ve visited so far. a great selection, though i do wish they had more meatless broth options—my mom is vegetarian and only had one option, which was essentially mushroom water lol. aside from that, great place. our waiter did turn off our grill early though before our two hours were up, and we had to get another waiter to switch it back on… that was annoying. great place though, i would totally come back. free ice cream is always a plus, too.

A fun Korean themed very high-tech colorful interior showing K-Pop videos on the big screen. Very tasty once you figured out how to do it. A little spendy

My husband and I love hot pot and we love this place. Probably the best in the whole valley. If you like spicy then the Szechuan is amazing! They have a great collection of meats for both barbecue and hot pot

1 star due to being charged falsely. It took forever to finally get a refund and when I say forever I literally mean forever. Double check your receipts people.

I love hotpot and KBBQ so this chain restaurant sounded like a winner to me, but I was also hesitant because it's a chain and asked myself "would it be watered down to meet the western palate?" Korean businesses are definitely banking on how on trend k-pop is/has been. There's a huge wall where k-pop MVs are projected on the wall. And look at the name - KPot.FYI, I am Asian American so I grew up eating all this stuff and have expanded my palate of various Asian cuisines as I've aged. The good stuff:It's decently priced for adults for being AYCE.There was a huge array of items you could order for your KBBQ and/or for your hotpot. Meats, veggies, all the things were good and seemed to be of good quality to me. It was hard to really focus on all the little details of the meat because honestly when it comes to hotpot and KBBQ, it's the broth and the sauces that really matter. But I was satisfied with the meats and veggies quality and variety. The sauces were decent. I didn't try them all as there were literally too many to try them all. They will please mainly Korean and Chinese palates in terms of sauces. The service is excellent. I really liked our server, whose name I cannot recall, but service is fast and efficient. He also did a great job explaining how it all worked as we have never dined here before. The bad stuff and some good stuff:Too pricey for kids AYCE because my kids 8 years old and under don't eat much. So I feel we overpaid for them. And I feel most kids that age and younger would also eat about the same as my kids. The banchan/Korean side dishes that I tried were awful. They had three various types of kimchi, but they were watered down, likely to appease the western palate. Lacked in spice and salt level for the kimchis. Some of the other banchan was too salty. The seaweed salad was literally swimming in liquid. Not good. All the deep fried stuff at the banchan/appetizer tables were fine though. It's so hard for things to go south when you deep fry.The hotpot broths that we tried (tonkotsu, spicy Korean broth, Chinese spicy chili broth with the balls of pepper). Tonkotsu was watered down and too light. It should be a heavy and richer broth. The spicy Korean broth was too sweet. If the sweetness level was decreased, it would have been great. The spicy chili broth (I honestly can't recall the correct name) was the best. It was the only one I'd order again.Short rib (galbi) is only available at dinner time. The grills aren't as great as other KBBQ grills I've used at other restaurants. I feel like the grills got burned too quickly.Other good stuff:They have a bar onsite for alcoholic drinks. Their menu and ordering system is digital and self-help. Each table has its own tablet.I would come here again because it's close in proximity to where I live, but there are definitely more tasty options in the valley if you want hotpot or KBBQ. And was it watered down to meet the western palate? Yes and no, but overall? Yes. But it wasn't all bad. I did say I'd come here again.

We are first-time visitors from Seattle, Washington, and we are impressed by the wonderful decor and awesome atmosphere of this place. The prices are affordable, and the meats are fresh. Our server, Angel, provided excellent service by intuitively understanding our needs. Thank you for creating a welcoming environment for us.

A new favorite restaurant. Cool, modern design inside. Absolutely delightful food, incredibly fast service. Really neat concept for a restaurant, like Korean fondue. And it's all you can eat! They added sushi!Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian broths, tofu's and bean curds, tons of vegetable options.

I went to meet my daughters boyfriend and his mom. None of us had eaten there before so we didn't know what to expect. The waiter was patient and explained how the lunch menu worked and how to use the grill and soup warmer. The food was amazing from the appetizer buffet to the soup ingredients and the meats for the grill. Everything was delicious! It made our lunch meeting very enjoyable and we spent over 2 hours there.
