Mac salad had way too much mayo. Which caused it to have only the flavor of the mayo. No carrots but a couple of slivers.Kalua pork was really dry. Couldn't finish it. And, the chicken katsu portion I received had a lot of fat.Sorry, sounds like I'm really bagging on these guys but the food was sub par.A little advice, perfect your Mac salad recipe! It's a thing of pride for us islanders. That's why it's served at every gathering.

The ladies working were friendly however they were loud and saying the F word every few words. I wasn't able to enjoy my food I just got up and left because I couldn't enjoy it without hearing the f word. I don't care u use that but atleadt keep it down and let others eat. I understand why no one stays here to eat

Very clean restaurant with very friendly staff. Food and prices were good. Very similar to most other Hawaiian places. Liked much better than some of the ither chain places on the area.

So I ordered the beef short rib and fire chicken with white rice and Mac salad. When I got home I found they only gave me fire chicken and Mac salad ? my wife’s was perfect mine on the other hand wasn’t even right. I liked the food but disappointed that the receipt even shows what I order vs what I got.

I got a 2 meat plate with teriyaki chicken and Kalua pork. They do give huge portions, but my kalua pork was essentially a GIANT glob of disgusting fat. After picking the fat glob off I only had a few edible bites. Pork was extremely dry and had no flavor. Teriyaki chicken wasn't even grilled. It was the saddest excuse for Hawaiian bbq I've ever seen. It seemed like all the meat was boiled instead of grilled, served cold, and was flavorless. Mac salad and rice were ok, pot stickers were meh and were Served with no sauce. Definitely won't be back. If you're looking for Hawaiian bbq, this isn't it.

I placed my order and asked for bbq beef & katsu, when I got the food it was teriyaki instead of katsu I brought the plate back to them and Litterally asked them to change the teriyaki because I wanted katsu, the girl said she would get that taken care of I also stated I’m missing my 6pc Gyoza so they said they will have them out for me, waited almost 10 minutes again for my food and when they brought my plate out the order was wrong again !!!! They now took the bbq beef out left the teriyaki which I didn’t want and put katsu again no GYOZA i went up again and they acted like I was lying all speaking in Spanish and asked for my receipt I gave it to them and showed them I was charged for it. Idk if they need to be retrained for customer service or they just don’t want to be there….. The place wasn’t even busy….

Lolos, you need to be better! I paid over $20 for a three meat plate to go. Two pieces Kal bi and katsu. It actually looked pretty good, but after biting into it, it was awful. The Kal bi Super salty, and the meat was very rubbery. Can we please add a little sugar to your marinade. Thank goodness for the Katsu which helped give me a little protein. The rice, I had half brown and half white. The brown rice were like pellets. At white rice was cooked the right way. I get it, I know we're in Utah, not Hawaii, but this place still has to do a better job of representing itself if they're gonna call themselves Hawaiian barbecue place.

Placed and ordered on my wife’s birthday for an overpriced bbq mix plate with barely any meat and a spoiled Mac salad. We threw it away. This place changed big time.
