3 weeks ago: Forgot part of our order and we ordered online. Also had to wait past the time it was supposed to be done.

This is the third time I’ve come in an hour or two before close, and there’s no food made, and they acted like it was such it was a huge deal to have to make food. It’s the only location I’ve experienced this. It would be a shame if this behavior continues, I would hate to see this location go down hill

If you're looking for authentic oriental cooking, then this isn't the place for you. However, if you want some pretty tasty oriental dishes and a good deal with a sizable portion, then Pannda Express is the spot.I highly recommend the teriyaki chicken, the honey walnut shrimp, and the Beijing beef. Three of my favorites.I go to the one at 5600 S Redwood. The associates and managers are very kind and courteous.

Maritza gave VERY poor service. I ordered a three plate, she gave me a two. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and mandarin sauce and she only gave me one. She needs to listen when taking orders.

Service was great... They were low on a couple of items I wanted, so the cook jumped into action and made me fresh.... It was a great experience ?

Come to this location if you don’t mind getting served a quarter of a normal portion. I ordered a bigger plate but the portion size was equivalent to a kids meal size! The workers (especially you Kevin) skimp out too hard and probably come from

Omg the food the kevin guy working there served the meal for a little kids menu the ratio that they served is really bad and sad paying for each meal on a family of four for that ratio is a slap on the face. Probably he thinks if he serves the normal ratio it would come up it from his paycheck or he is looking out for the owner’s fortune. Poor thing! and then they forgot to give us the fortune cookies and I asked for orange chicken they give us something diferente and the manager tried to blame it on me.

The orange chicken was over cooked and hard. The broccoli was old. The teriyaki chicken was served with no teriyaki. The chow main had to be salted to have flavor. Overall yukkie. First time at this location and we had takeout.

SUPPPPERRR PISSSEEDDDTaylorsville location online orderI ordered teryaki chicken and broccoli beef , two other meals and two sides …There WAS NO BEEEF in the broccoli . I was told by employee’s that it is no longer broccoli beeef and just broccoli? What ? Then why is is broccoli beef I was told because of the vegans ? WHAT ? So you are false advertising and PEOPLE CAN GET SICK AND YOU GUYS CAN BE IN A LOT OF TROUBLE . Something is not right here . If that’s they way it is fine but don’t put a bandaid on open wound !? This is not a good way to handle things . It’s broccoli beef but it no longer comes with beef and is just broccoli. Re-evaluate your menu . Super disappointed and will never be back .
