I will never use pizza hut again. Place a online order around 5 after 8pm. Was told I would have it by 850pm. Found out around 940pm my order was cancelled. Never got a call or anything. I have 2 boys 9 and 7 yrs . I hope the get hit hard from there boss

Well Pizza Hut has joined the disappointing club, with their heavy transition into the Shrinkflation mode. We got a 'Large' pizza which is really the size of the previous Small pizza.They used to have great pan pizza with a thick crispy crust, that is gone as well. It is now a hand tossed size, no thickness, no crispy edged crust.They tasted good but that is the only good point, sad, the pizzas used to be very good

1/15/24 order wasn't delivered as expected but store took care of it in around 30 or so minutes plus an extra pizza. I didn't ask or complain either so I was thankful for the consideration as a customer. Thank you Taylorsville Pizza Hut!!

I like the taste of the pizza at this place... and that it doesn't take that long to deliver it...Vegetarian options: There are gluten free products..And lots of vegetables with which you can make your own combinations.

If I could I would give them a ZERO! I came to pick up my order which I order from door dash for pick up the BIG DINNER BOX which I expect to see 3 different toppings, which I received a text that my order was ready for pick up… I get there and the cashier was insisting that my order was being delivered by Doordash , I told him my order was not delivery it was for pick up… without saying a word he exchange how upset he is with another employee and ignored the fact that my order was given to a door dash person and he heads to the back and slams all type of pots and pans in anger and does not return to communicate to me if he is replacing my order. Another staff began to prep my order and hands it to me with an apology after 20mins which I appreciate but he knew my order was paid online and asked me to pay after I told him twice I paid it online , here is my receipt. I realize that they were rushing to get off of work and was so upset that they gave my order away. Maybe if they confirm all the orders for pick up and delivery they wouldn’t have this issue. I get home and look at the order and he replace my dinner box with all cheese pizza… I wish I had looked at the order before I went home because I would have requested for a FULL REFUND, for the poor customer service . Last time I will ever come to this pizza place again.

Went to buy a personal pan pepperoni pizza , wings and cinnamon buns . As my son eating the pizza he caught a hair in the pizza crust…GROSS! So I went back and showed them the hair in the crust. The lady that doesn’t use no gloves with the red hair. No apologiesJust said I can make u a new one .than blame it another worker about her long hair … they don’t need to be in the food industry period and the fact is she didn’t even try to refund me or credit me…POOR SERVICE and GROSSDon’t get pizza or food here…Eeewww
Worst customer service ever. My husband ordered a pizza at 11:44 AM today. He waited two hours before he messaged me to ask me to call to see where it was. (He lost his voice.) When I called to check on the order, they informed me that his order had been cancelled due to their ovens being out of service. They didn't bother notifying him in any way that his order had been cancelled. This isn't even the first time this has happened at this location. Needless to say, we won't ever order from here again.

Disgusting! This store has the worst employees. They delivered my pizza two hours after my delivery time. The pizza was cold and disgusting! Do not order from this store! Every time I called regarding my order they answered and hung up on me. I will be going to corporate regarding this location and their lack of professionalism.

The lady there was very rude & acted like she couldn't be bothered by helping me. I waited for over 5 minutes for her to come to the counter then she grabbed my pizza from the warmer & pretty much threw it on the counter as she turned to walk away then she told someone in the back to go cash out that order. I didn't get a thank you for coming in, a smile, nothing but attitude. Very unlikely I'll go back to that store even tho it's just right up the street from me. It's worth it to drive further to a different store for better, friendlier service.

Disappointed!!Extra cheese stuffed crustMy cheese pizza was overcooked The cheese came out of the crust .. The cheese was burnt and the crust was tough... hard earned $30!!
