Ordered the Carne Asada combination and ended up getting Milanesa. Waitress did not bother to come back to our table to ask for refills nor did she bring us the salsa platter like every other table had after food was brought out. Prefer the West Jordan location over this one now.

Long wait,waiters are young girls playing around and talking the whole time didn’t check what we needed and we got charged the tip on our check if they wouldn’t of took it out I would of left nothing it was bad

Found this place because it was close to work. It always seems busy even though it lacks parking.The food was food and filling we had two of the Birria taco plate. That fed 4 people 1 adult and 3 kids. Then I got the smothered burrito. Good flavor just a normal burrito to me.The waiter was very attentive and helpful with the menu.I appreciated the place playing cultural music rather than some local station.

Food was soooooo goooddddd! It's a bit pricey but well worth it! If you think El Pais Grill is good (which that restaurant sucks), then this one, you will reallllly love Puerto Vallarta Mexican Grill!

The truth is that the music is too loud, the prices are very high and the food is the worst. I don't like to give negative opinions since I know how much it costs to have a restaurant. But I would never return. Congratulations to Mr. Arturo who took our order with so much difficulty, he was alone and the loud music didn't let him hear.
