Food was cold and made wrong how you screw up Arby’s food is beyond me. Made a complaint to see if we could get things taken care of no response. Avoid this Arby’s at this point. Food will be cold and don’t ask for anything extra it might make the rude workers break. Guess this is what it looks like to have a bunch of people who hate having a job. For sure avoidUpdated from response. I did submit that as well and like I said above no response but it’s cute you replied here other than it probably is automatically responding.

Certainly not the healthiest place to eat but it is what it is; ordered Reuben sandwich and the meat was pretty much on one side of the sandwich and not evenly spread out, this just shows lack of quality care; friendly cashier but workers on the fry line were not helpful in delivering my fries while they were just standing around; the cashier finally went and got my fries. Won't go back to this Arby's again.

Ordered online showed up 30 sec after time given. No food nor did they acknowledge I was there. Told them my name grabbed a bag that been setting there for the 15 min before I asked where food was. Online order slot was mty. I said sorry but I want fresh not cold. The lady grabbed random sandwiches put in a bag no fries. I did not go back as you can tell she not having a good day and understaffed. I took whatever was in bag and left. No a single item I ordered. But they were at least handing out food

I went through the drive through and got amazing food, from an adorable young man, who served us with wish a smile… he asked if I wanted horsey sauce and even gave me extra when I said that I wanted a lot. Got home to eat and the food was amazing!!!I’ll be back!
Maybe it's just delivery but I never get sauce. Nothing worse then getting a roast beef and no sauce. Really hoping it's a delivery thing.

Food is great! However I was asked to repeat my order 4 times because they claimed I was too far away from the speaker, even though I was a foot away from it, and I could hear myself echo through their speakers. The woman was audibly irritated after the 2nd time. Another worker switched back and forth until after the 4th try, they got my order of 2 #1s. When I got to the window, a man was standing at the window waiting there shivering. I don't know how long he was waiting before I was, but 7 minutes later, he got his meal, and he was the one who apologized. Customer service is not the worker's forte.
