Every time I order a cake ahead, at least 2 days, it's never ready. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The cakes are good but what's the point of scheduling a pick up time if they never decorate it until I get there. It's been paid for at the time it's ordered. I am going to pick it up. $70.00 for a cake. I wouldn't not get it. If I order from here again I will come an hour late and see if I have the same experience

I had not had their shakes before and I had to see if they were any good. Basically they put ice cream in a blender and added a bunch of milk (that's what a shake is anyways, correct?). So it wasn't anything special. It wasn't thick like a La Beau's shake. You can drink it with their paper straws (paper straws are actually considered worse for the environment). I'll pass next time and just get plain ice cream.

Sped up an ice cream cake today for me by about 3 hrs, because I asked and because the woman working was super cool and nice enough to help me out. She didn't need to. It was my mistake. Much appreciated.Also, was playing Peter Murphy and Talking Heads on the speakers while I was there. Bonus star for that, if I hadn't already given 5.

Every Monday night I go to coldstone and the guy who works it is amazing and does his job fast. But I've recently went on Wednesday and the customer service is lacking. I understand they are high school students but at this age I think they should be able to multitask but all I see them do is talk to their coworkers and take their time doing orders.

I love Cold Stone but I have had nothing but issues at this location. The staff is either rude, would rather talk to their friends or just absent. They refuse to take any call in order but if you place an order online, they screw it up every single time (I've never had one order correct online). Apparently it is the managers policy to order through doordash rather than take call in orders. It is better to just go elsewhere or walk into Walmart and get Ben & Jerry's.

My son got fired for voicing his opinion about a coworker who wasn’t even present. Then was forced outside in 25 degree weather to wait for his ride. I’ll be spreading the word not to come here unless you love extremely overpriced ice cream and hate freedom of speech. Disappointed in the management to say the least.
