This is the second time we have ordered and our food was delivered an hour LATE and 30 mins LATE. Food is cold, pizzas not cut through and poorly put together. One pizza is burned, another undercooked and doughy. No quality control happening whatsoever. Wish 0 stars was an option.

I ordered at 8:45, tracker said my ordered was delivered at 9:28, and it wasn’t. I called the store, talked to the manager and explained that my order was missing. She said she would talk to the driver and call me back shortly. 30 minutes later, no one called, so I did. They told me that the driver delivered to the exact address, to a guy with a mustache (I don’t have a mustache). She said that they could remake the order, but I had to go pick it up, because they wouldn’t deliver again to the wrong person, since they delivered to the exact address. When I asked for a refund, the manager was extremely rude and pretty much hang up on me. I mean, if I’m saying I didn’t get my order I didn’t get my order, how hard is that to understand? First time ever having a problem with Dominos and that’s how they deal with it. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

They canceled my order and then said they were making my order for free and then had me waiting 2 hours for nothing just to find out they lied and kept me waiting all night and they never made my order. These guys are a complete jokeVegetarian options: What a joke don’t buy from these guys

I ordered an online contactless delivery because my kids were home sick. When our order was delivered, a loose dog outside got to our pizza before us. I called Dominos to explain what happened and place another order and they delivered our pizza right away free of charge. We are extremely grateful ! Thank you!

My friend picked up the pizzas we ordered... expecting them to be correct.When he got home one of the pizzas was not what we ordered....I called the store to try and correct the mistake... and they told me the store had closed... at 9:15pm.Terrible service....I have ordered from Dominions pizza for over 15 years...You just list a customer.
ordered pizza off the app , took an hour to even get it delivered, took it to the wrong house, called and they were gonna remake it and send it out took ANOTHER hour so called again and they didn’t even redo it so then i had to wait another hour.
