We were taking a drive and passing through the area. We were hungry for breakfast and saw Jim’s Restaurant and decided to give it a try. Very disappointed!!! Coffee was cold and when it came to the food….. all I can say is not very appetizing. We both ordered omelets. You can tell they use powdered eggs, cheese was very gooey and vegetables were not cooked very well. The hash browns were not even browned and crispy and had a chemical taste. My toast was burnt and my husband’s was not toasted very well. The only quality ingredient was the cream my husband put in his coffee. If the locals considered this good food, they really haven’t experienced life and need to take a road trip to St George and visit First Watch.

I’ve been a long time customer at Jim’s. After my last experience I don’t have any interest in returning. I ordered a shrimp dinner over the weekend that was $28 for one meal. When I received my bag and got in my car all I could smell was a strong floral odor. When I lifted the bag, I could smell a strong potpourri smell. I went to remove my food from the brown bag and everything fell out due to the soup leaking. I took the bag back in and they girls showed me a purple spray bottle cleaner that had spilled all over the bags….Umm!! That’s hazardous! They were nice about it and remade my food and assured me they threw the bags away cause I didn’t want “cleaner” on my food. I drove home and the new bag still had cleaner on it. I threw half my food away. I called the next day and the manager told me it’s Fabulosa cleaner and that the bottle was still there and he would remove it. He said thanks for letting us know and that was the end of that. He said he would have the owner call me, never heard back. I recommend you check out your to go bags if you eat here. Big disappointment for a $28 meal.

During my first visit to the area, I had heard a lot of positive things about Jim's, and I must say, it certainly lived up to the hype. We loved it so much that we ended up dining there two consecutive days. The staff, especially the waitresses, were exceptionally pleasant, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the standout features of Jim's is the generous portion sizes – you definitely won't leave hungry. The food itself was delicious, each dish packed with flavor, indicating high-quality ingredients and skilled preparation. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, ensuring there's something for everyone, regardless of dietary preferences or restrictions. Pricing at Jim's is very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise given the quality of the food and service. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that seniors and military personnel are offered a discount, a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. Given our delightful experience, we are eagerly planning another visit to Jim's to explore more of the menu, particularly the breakfast options and desserts, which come highly recommended.

I paid $9.00 for three 4” pancakes. I was told they were reducing the size to 5” pancakes. Pancakes are inexpensive to make so cutting down the size of the pancakes makes no sense .I was offered new 5 inch pancakes if I want to go back and pick them up. Shrinkflation at work!I’m very disappointed. Won’t go back!

Went camping by five mile and woke up craving some hash browns, so me and my 6 buddy’s ditched our original plan of dry cereal and beef jerky and made the drive up to this Jim’s in Toole.Country fried steak did not disappoint, can’t wait to go again.

I've been going here for years and I was disappointed with the hashbrowns this go around. They were barely cooked. Amazing service though!

The food is much better than the Denny's in town. The wait staff is friendly. And the prices are reasonable for what you get.
