Requested black olives and unlike most places, they actually put plenty on my pizza. Most places seem to skimp on the olives, which makes no sense to me. It seems like it should be obvious that I want to taste them if I ask for them. It was a pleasant surprise.

Hey, I ordered three pizzas, breadsticks and chicken from this pizza place for the first time tonight. They said it would be there in 30 to 40 minutes. An hour and a half later I called them and asked them when it would be here. They told me it would be there in the next five minutes. I waited another 35 minutes before calling them back for a refund. Then the phone was never answered again, they picked it up and hung up the phone. I had to go to the store to get my money refunded. Then they told me they weren't going to refund my money and after demanding it, they figured out how to provide me with the refund. This was one of the worst experiences ever!!!!!!! Please, for the love of life, go somewhere else!

Great chicken and veggie pizza. We ordered for curbside, but they must not do that anymore, so we wasted 15 min just sitting in the car. So just go in to carryout. It was do good, we will be back.
Had an issue with 1 pizza and they fixed it and gave me a free dessert! Awesome customer service! Never going to Papa John's again!

After a very long day of travel, sitting in a motel room, pizza sounded good, and Marcos looked like it would be tasty. We ordered DoorDash delivery, so perhaps they were partly responsible for our non-meal. The first thing we discovered was that a couple of Starrys had been substituted for the drinks we ordered. Okay, not the end of the world, but I strongly dislike Starry and my son's not a fan. I let DoorDash know and they kindly arranged for a refund for the drinks. The next issue was much worse: we'd ordered pizza with one topping, pineapple. If you're reading this and are one of the people who despise the very idea of pineapple on pizza, my apologies, but one thing is for certain: it was supposed to be pineapple, NOT pineapple and CHICKEN!! I'm a vegetarian, and although I'm pretty flexible (eat dairy, eggs & rarely, fish), and not militant about it (I never tell others they should eat the way I do), I definitely did not order the chicken that made this damn pizza inedible!! I wanted to call Marcos but I was so "hangry" at this point and didn't want to yell at anyone. They can consider themselves lucky that I'm not a pushier person, that's for sure! Needless to say, it is highly unlikely that we will risk ordering from this or any Marcos in the near future.

Another great restaurant in Tooele offering their amazing “customer service”. Ordered a pizza for delivery, waited an hour with no response back. I had to call and they told me they didn’t have enough drivers so I had to wait another thirty minutes. I went and picked it up myself and had to make sure there wasn’t a delivery fee. The girl at the counter could care less. I gained $5 for my next order! I couldn’t be more grateful for such an amazing “incentive”. Trash pizza. Trash employees. Good luck if you order from here.

You probably be a better pizza joint if...1. You didn't dump the toppings in the center of the pie and leave 3-4 inches of crust. I used to think it was a passive aggressive employee who just didn't care, but no, someone trains their employees to actually make a bad pizza.2. Maybe slow down and read the order carefully. No one wants to spend 40 bones for a couple of pizzas that are not only wrong, but grossly incomplete. I'm not in the habit of calling and complaining and waiting. 3. When did onions become so expensive? 4. I'll bet you're the reason 7/11 has such bustling pizza business5. The only reason you received 2 stars is because I didn't have to make it and turn on my oven.
