The only pizza place in town that has dairy free cheese so I like to order here but when they mess up your order they won't refund or replace. They also won't honor any deals that are plastered all over the website. They will not refund any money the website over charged when clearly it states it was a certain price. Service is terrible but the food is good

If I could give a zero star review I would. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service.I ordered Pizza for my family for Halloween through the online system. It was confirmed and said pick up after 2pm. When I arrived they said there was no order in the system, I showed them my confirmation and the charge on my bank account. The woman at the register was so rude throwing her hands in the air saying, “I can’t, I just can’t.” I asked if I could speak to a manager, the manager also rude, said let me check the corporate system. Sure enough there was my order. They said, “Well what do you want us to do issue you a refund?” I said, “No, I really would like my pizza.” They said well you’ll have to come back in 3 hours. I sat there flabbergasted or you could hurry and bust out my pizza. Nope we can issue a refund, but we can’t do that for 2-3 days. At a loss I just walked out of the restaurant. I will never order Papa Murphy’s again or deal with this joke of an establishment.

Pizza is great, staff is not great. Ordered my pizza online to be ready at 2:00, showed up at 2:30 only to find them frantically looking all over the store for my order. The lady then looked in the system and said she could not find my order. She then proceeded to question me indicating that I probably ordered at another store or under another name. So, I pulled up my email confirmation for my order, showed her that it I was at the correct store and ordered under the correct name. She then proceeded to ask me what I wanted her to do. (Like I am the one in charge) I simply said I would like my pizzas. She then said again that she could not do anything because she could not find my order. If they had not already charged me, I probably would have left at this point because of how upset she already was at this point. I then pulled up my bank account, to show her that they had already charged me for my pizza order. She then walked away from the register throwing her hands in the air saying, "I cant! I literally can't do this today!" After that, the manager came over and asked if I was sure I knew how to place an online order, and if I ordered at the right location and under the right name. I said yes, and showed her the email confirmation. She then asked the order number, and said she would go and check the corporate computer in the back. After a few minutes, the first gal came back up and said, "Oh yep, we found you in the corporate computer." She then asked me if I wanted a refund, to which I said no, I just want my pizzas. She then said well, that is too bad cause It will be a two to three hour wait. I then said, okay, then lets go with the refund. She then yelled back to the manager, "he wants a refund!" and then told me it would be 2-3 days before the refund hit. After that, I walked out wondering what had just happened. Simply no care or regard to customer service at this establishment. Just people who seem like they are miserable and hate everything. No accountability and make you feel like you are an inconvenience right when you walk in the door. Luckily, I was able to call the pizza place in Stansbury who was able to quickly make up some pizzas in 20 minutes.

I really hate to leave a negative review, but it's got to be done. Last week we called ahead for a pick up order. We arrived 10 minutes after the time we were told that it would be ready. Went to the drive up window and the poor girl who came to help was flustered. Our order hadn't even been started on yet. She told us to go park and then we could pick up our pizza by walking into the store, give them 10 minutes. So we paid and then parked to wait. We gave them 15 minutes and then went inside. There were 2 other customers waiting and I wasn't even greeted when I walked up to the counter. Finally someone acknowledged me, I told them I had a pick up order that I'd just paid for at the drive thru window. I was told ok great, we'll get your order started now. ? Seriously? We waited for an hour to have 2 pizzas made. Why do they offer online or phone orders if they don't actually fulfill them? The poor kids working there seemed very stressed and nervous and it's not a good feeling inside of this store. We have been ordering from this store location for over 8 years and have never had issues until now. We thought this might be a fluke so we decided to try them again this weekend for a party we are hosting. I wish we hadn't. The wouldn't honor our Stallion Card, it's a keychain that does not say it's a one time use card. Again, it's designed as a keychain for multiple use. The "manager" demanded that we give her the keychain from off of our keys. My daughter didn't know any better so she did and the "manager" threw it in the garbage! I'm glad my daughter called to tell me as we demanded she give the keychain back and our money back as well. Good job "manager" you've just lost a solid customer. All of the excuses you gave were just that. Excuses. Bad service 2 weeks in a row is just ridiculous. We'll go to the other pizza places out here in Tooele.*Edited to add we took the Stallion Card to the Magna location. Guess what? They said it is not a one time use card, it's one time per purchase. We happily made our purchase there instead. I hope that the Tooele location figures their stuff out.

This place "USED" to be really good, not the case anymore!!! They don't know the meaning of the words customer service.... I was the only customer and had ordered my pizza and the manager decided to have an employee counseling session and they didn't start making my pizza for several minutes, and then the person making my pizza couldn't even make it correctly. No green onions... And they have the gall to ask for tips, and even put a sign up that says tips are appreciated!!!! Typical Tooele customer service these days. STAY AWAY.
