Bought a digital gift card to Subway. Went thru the drive-thru and ordered. Got to the window and they tell me that they don't accept digital gift cards. Had to pay for my order and already paid for my digital gift card. I asked for a receipt which they did not give me. Got home and the food portions was ridiculous. My salad was only 1 layer of food with this big bowl. My daughter's BMT sandwich was not wrapped and it was all scattered all over the bag. They informed me that they had a broken toaster and that I had to wait longer for my food. I did NOT get any of my sandwiches toasted. I would NOT recommend this Subway.

On 3/8/2024 around 8:35 we placed an online order for 2 footlong subs. We got there about 10 minutes later to pick it up, but it wasn't done. No big deal, except we were there for about 5 minutes before they even asked if we had an order. After they talked to us they said they would make our order, but continued to just make orders for the drive through. After being there for about 20 minutes they FINALLY started making our food. In the process of making our food, it was audibly obvious that they messed my sandwich up, so I expected them to remake it, but apparently they did not. After being there for a total of 25 minutes (35 minutes since the order was placed) they gave us our food and my sandwich was made very incorrectly, and both of our sandwiches were burnt in the toaster oven. The whole time we were there we had only really dealt with the kid with blue hair, who gave us an insane amount of attitude the whole time. Also there were 4 employees working, 2 of which were nowhere to be seen the whole time once we walked in. This should NOT have taken this long, ESPECIALLY when they didn’t even make the order right! I will not be returning to this location, and I would recommend for anybody to go to the location in walmart instead.

Obviously illiterate and don't care about the customer. Can't read or follow a simple order. Y'all got the meat and toppings right between the 2 sandwiches that were order, but didn't give A.F. regarding the bread. One of the sandwiches had to be thrown out. Get your act together. Who ever the manager or franchise owner is, they need to get more involved and more proactive regarding customer service and basic order reading.

this is the first review i’ve ever left. by far the worst subway i’ve ever been to. took 30 minutes to get my single 6 inch sandwich in the drive thru and there was only one car in front of me. the stupid touch order thing they have is ridiculous and doesn’t even work good lol. you have to tap it like 5 times for it to work. all of my vegetables were completely coming out of my sandwich as well. sucky subway lmao.

Ordered about 45 minutes ago and it took about 20 minutes to get the order then we were missing items from the order all the cookies we ordered waited another 8 to 10 minutes then the kid finally comes back says can I help you once yeah we're missing our cookies he says how many did you order I said five okay I'll be right back he throws a bag in the bag of ours and says have a good day when we got home there was still only three cookies in the bag even though we ordered and paid for $5 then the sandwiches I've never seen anything made so pathetic since I was in the first grade all right photos just so you can really see what I'm talking about I opened the sandwich I laid it out on the paper that's what you'll see... And sauce is missing... That's just 1 all 3 were terrible
