This is the 3rd consecutive time I've gotten food to take home, and it was cold. Even the fried tacos aren't very warm. Very disappointing. I used to love Taco Time, but not so much anymore.
I've been a taco time fan for a very long time and actually drove out of my way to go here today. Worse food and service ever. It was about 2pm so not super crowded but everyone was having trouble with their orders so people waited forever only to find out their order was never turned in. Besides the items left off our order that I had to request 3 times the food was terrible. The chicken had to be at least a week old and reheated numerous times. Too tough to chew. The soft Tacos minus lettuce and tomatoes were only lettuce and tomato. So ridiculous. The girl in the back was trying to fix everything that the two guys up front were messing up and they appeared to be too stoned to understand what was wrong.

Was close to the job site I was working. The service was decent for a fast food place. The restaurant was very old and in need of an update. The food made Taco bell gourmet in comparison. Would not recommend.

Horrible manger. Heard from many employees they’re treated like crap. (Calls them horrible names and insults them. Heard it first hand while eating there) After 2 years of working there, manager only gave an employee $1 raise. But raised someone else $2 after 1 month of working. Also fired people over things that aren’t their fault. On top of that they have a super dirty store. 10/10 would not go there

Wow. I can't imagine worse food. I'm really not sure what the meat was on my taco salad there wasn't a lot of flavor and it had a very odd color.The place needs a thorough cleaning an a remodel but it really needs better food first. Folks in our party had other things and had similar opinions.
The food is normally good here. Last time something was off with the hardshell tacos. It was like they weren't cooked all the way. Otherwise it was good.

Im used to the taco times up in washington state. This taco time was different ever so slightly. Different variety in the menu and the Casita Burrito which is my usual was different. Although really good this casita burrito was on the smaller side and the plate came with an extra taco and rice which washingtons doesnt. I will definitely go here again for sure because it hits my taco time craving.
