Almost everytime i go i’m missing a straw and/or a spoon for my frosty, and rarely get the sauces? i honestly just think it’s bad employees ?‍♀️ they always seen in a bad mood or something

I've eaten there a handful of times in the Drive-Thru the food seemed for some reason almost cold each time but the service didn't take long which is weird. The service on the inside with the cashiers has always been less than you expect when it comes to courtesy or attitude. Sitting down there to eat has been for me twice drab and it seems slightly dirty as if the grease is floated to every corner of that place. Had a ok experience at Wendy’s. I went on Saturday December 29th. It’s not an easy place to turn into. Poor location to be at. The food was amazing! Whoever took my order had an attitude then at the window had an AirPod in her ear. The food was well-prepared, and portions were great. Prices were reasonable. Overall, a satisfying visit because of the great food. Service was very poor. Location of it is poor as well. I hope management fixes that soon.
