It's pretty sad when you have to ask for "fresh" bread that's made today because if not they give you the old stale bread. I asked for fresh bread and they gave me the old bread and my sandwich was hard and tasted terrible ? . Also you shouldn't have to deal with attitudes when you ask for something that you're paying for.. wint be going back...

Me and my boyfriend were hungry so we stopped at subway next to Kent's, once we got in there we started ordering and my boyfriend ordered a a spicy Italian toasted. They took it out of the oven and the girl just started putting random things on it and didn't ask him what he wanted and just put it in the bag, I went in to order mine. And at checkout she only put in my sandwich and was ready for us to pay and we corrected her, they "couldn't find" his sandwich and put many things on he didn't even want on. Terrible service, out of order, no good communication and then didn't even fix his sandwich and correct THEIR mistake. Yea not going to this location again

Cloe had amazing customer service skills. She was extremely friendly, kind, and carried in a fun happy conversation with us the entire time. Good customer service like that speaks measures now a days!!! And our sandwiches were perfect!
It was clean, relatively quick, and a good price for what you get. Staff did their job well and were very friendly. Would go back again. Bathrooms are also very clean as expected.

This was they WORST subway experience I have ever had. If I ask for my sandwich to not be toasted I expect the precooked meat to be heated. This girl put cold bacon on my sandwich. You don’t want to eat cold bacon so why would you serve it to a customer. I am flabbergasted by this experience. Anthony on the other hand was great!!

I tried calling to ask if they had shriracha they picked up the phone twice and didn’t say one word to me only to hang up both times. I then tried calling back numerous times and it was off the hook. So I go in and it’s dead as a door nail in there. 3 people standing around in the back. I asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread. Didn’t have it. I asked for wheat bread didn’t have it. But they did have shriracha which could have been easily answered over the phone. I’ve been here several times and it just doesn’t seem like they have their stuff together. Maybe new management needs to happen idk but something needs to change.

Call to ask a question about something and they pick up the phone, and hang up. Called again and they picked up the phone, and didn’t say anything. After my 3rd time calling, they just took the hook off the phone. Absolutely ridiculous, and absolutely the worst subway I’ve ever.
