It took a while for someone to be at the window to pay, then when my shame was completed, the kid put ot on the counter and then it took another minute before I got it. Our to-go order was missing items, had wrong items. For example, my lactose intolerant son was unable to eat his burger because it had cheese on it, even though I clicked no cheese. And may I just say how much I am looking forward to eating the side salad. A $2 upcharge instead of fries. It won't let me post a pic, but it's maybe 2 ounces of shredded lettuce, 1 ounce of diced tomatoes. Bag of cheap croutons. No dressing (though I specified Honey Mustard)

Only DQ I've been to that charges full price to upgrade your drink to a blizzard. What is normally $25 at every other DQ was $35 here. Will not be coming back again for my DQ cravings.Edit: they also messed up the order besides it being correct on the receipt and no sauce with the chicken strips
Got a banana split blizzard with no banana in it. Nobody seemed to care. Adios Dairy Queen. Competition is plentiful. I got choices.

I like Dairy Queen and I know we’re in inflation but for my meal it cost me $30 for a burger, fries, and medium drink plus a small blizzard. The fries tasted okay. What grossed me out was the person running the register was cleaning the bathrooms and left the trash bag from the bathroom on a chair in the lobby. Not sanitary! Either needs to be retrained on how to clean bathrooms or renew his food handlers permit. Then when he was taking my order he couldn’t hear me over his headphones that were attached to his phone (probably was listening to music and not being professional at all). I had to order twice since he didn’t get one of the things I ordered. Not impressed with the lack of professionalism at this location. PLUS he wasn’t even wearing a uniform.
