First time I have been here. Not what I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a chicken avocado quesadilla. It was wonderful!! Service was great and the food came out quickly. The dining area was neat and clean. I'm not a fan of fast-food Dining rooms but as they go this was not bad. I will be back.

We usually like the food, we tried something different, chicken avocado burrito. Sorry, no flavor and the beans in the burrito were cold. Service was sub-par ... no smiles, not even a thank you ... cashier had the 'I'd rather be anywhere but here' attitude. She was very cold, like the beans

Not fire grilled but okay. Really loved it when it was fire grilled. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for fire grilled chicken. Word of advice don’t claim something that it’s not.

Run down. Soda machine was dropping all sorts of yuck from it. They desperately need a new one. Portion was small for the money and against other EPL's. I was looking forward to eating there and I was greatly disappointed.

Good thing we’ve been to plenty of Pollo Loucos because if this was our first time it would also be our last. Most of the tables were dirty, so we had to sit and wipe down our table off with a napkin. Restaurant was very understaffed and we stood in line for quite a while with no one at the front to take our order. Some pieces of chicken were dry and hard and the general flavor was unappetizing. Worst part of it all was they were out of beans. Beans are the staple of a good Mexican restaurant so it was very disappointing, lol.I don’t blame the workers, I blame the leadership that don’t hire more staff so they are overworked and produce this mess.
