Was my favorite pizza place until was treated like trash all because I want to be refunded the difference of the pizza I ordered on-line versus what they gave me. Had I'm guessing was the manager lie to me and threw my pizza away with out refunding it at all. I was the only customer in the building and was told he didn't have time for this (taking care of the customer) So if you order online from this branch beware that you may be overcharged.

Owner is a great guy . . Been coming here for 6 yearsWalk in Ordered 7:25pm Tuesday 11/28First time ever walked in with a perception of complete laziness .Might as well take out the sign.Not -“Hot N Ready” after 7pmThen when you get home pizza is undercookedI’m not mad or will still come back.This is just strictly educational for the staff. Maybe middlemagement issue or no motivation to want to work

It's Little Ceasars. I'm not sure why the ratings are so bad. Yes, once in a while, they run behind, who doesn't now. The staff has always been helpful and friendly to us. The app has always been in sync with our orders. We love the cool machine that you can use by yourself. They are always well stocked. It's kept clean. This location has many designated parking spots directly in front of it, so you can get in and out quickly.Parking: Many designated spots close to the entrance.

This is what you guys call an extra most bestest? Ouch. Little Caesars quality is going down the drain.
The best place! Whoever was working last night is a Saint. They were 4 minutes past close and the worker offered to let me come in anyways. I told him I felt bad and that it was okay. Next thing I know he's running out the door to give us pizza! Thank you SO MUCH

The staff tried to be polite about it but we're forced to give poor service because of your policies. We were redeeming a fundraiser coupon (free hot n ready w/purchase) and tried to call in but we got a message that we are not taking phone orders right now.So after being hounded by your voice message to order on the app and not being able to place a phone order we tried the app. There was no way to redeem the coupon so I thought well we did everything we could and we'll just go in because surely they can add it to our app order. Unfortunately, wether a local or corporate policy the poor kid had to say you can't use your coupon unless you come into the store????? He was super nice and felt bad but your policy on this is ridiculous. If you want people to not call in and use your app maybe improve your policy and app.

Customer service at this location is horrible especially when you pre-order the meal and it ends up being over 30 minutes late. Husband called them to find out when the order would be ready and the lady was very rude and hung up the phone.

Freshly ordered a deep dish pizza and it was disgusting. The dough on the bottom was soggy and once I tried picking up a slice the topping stuck to the other slices and the slice was just uneatable. This has happened more than once. Not worth the money or my business.
