My orders are wrong a lot of the times and you always have to wait for food. The last few times we waited on fries like 15 minutes and both times they were missing salt.

An McDonald's like many others, but very filthy.The floor sticks, ALL tables are dirty and the staff seems to be at work against their will.It was our only option on Raster, otherwise we would not recommend this McDonald's.Parking: Enough parking and it's free.
hours confirmed it's open 24 hours, yet it hasn't been since '19. When I look up what's open before 6 and drive out of my way to get some breakfast before work only to find they're closed and now I don't have time for anything else 'I'm lovin it'

Placed a mobile order at 11:10pm on the McDonald’s app. We get there and a guy comes out to tell us it’s closed. We say, that’s fine can you just refund us? They tell us there is nothing they can do and that they haven’t been taught how to give refunds. As a GM you should train your staff better and actually have your hours posted correctly.

This is the only mcdonalds in a 20-mile radios in each direction that gets my meal 100% correct with no problems from the point of taking my order, using the app, to getting my food.I go to McDonald's 2-3 times a week, so getting my order correct is important always.

The employee walked up to us very happily and said "here's some tasty treats, spoons are in the bag. Enjoy!" I have never had a better McDonald's experience than today. I don't know his name but whoever he is he needs a raise. Nicest interaction I've ever had with a McDonald's employee.
