The food was mediocre and the price was as though you were getting excellent food and excellent service. I will not go here again. The server was unhappy and he let that show to the public.

My family and I have been coming to rumbi for a long time. It seems that the guy in charge has a new "bee in his bonnet" to charge for every little thing, be unreasonable, unhelpful and rude. My dad ordered and paid for an extra teriyaki sauce, they forgot to give it to him, when he asked for it he was hassled that he needed to pay...he already did? When the manager guy brought the food out he chastised us for not having the table number visible enough, and I when I asked to sub shrimp for fish he told me it's a $10 upcharge. In his effort to get an extra dollar or two out of our family, he lost our business. Hope the .85 cents was worth our combined ticket of over $100.

The wait time was ridiculous and the food was lukewarm. It tastes good, but hire more people or train for improved turnout time.

One hour wait. Fries cold. Friday night and they only have two cooks working.

Food was ok. Wasn’t very impressed for the price. Paid $18 for a Salmon rice bowl. Salmon was cooked too long. Then got dessert keylime pie and it was disgusting. They charged me $6.48 for a small slice. Total sham. I won’t be going back ever.

Total change from 3 years ago! Chicken was not grilled. Skimpy portions. Rice bowl just wasn’t prepared the same. It’s too bad?. It’s off our rotation list. It was so good before!

Not a bad place. I didn’t expect the teriyaki noodles to be plain spaghetti. I was also not a fan of the fire grilled chicken. The tri tip was worth the up charge and the spicy teriyaki sauce was good.

To be clear the service staff was very good. I have been a regular patron of the Rumbi grill since it opened. Receiving great food and service with appropriate portions, whether full or half size. However today was the 1st time in 8 months we have gone to Rumbi for lunch...Next time you are there look at the Large Aloha Salad Poster on the wall which certainly was not what we were served. I will to be 100% accurate. My husband ordered a half size of the Aloha salad. The salad had exactly two actual crumbles of blue cheese, four 1/4 inch square size pieces of red pepper, a measured level teaspoon of 1/4 inch square Mango bits, No red onion & the lettuce did not fill the container! The sweet pork was also lacking the normal amount. My sweet pork teriyaki 1/2 size bowl had only 2/3rds of the normal amount of steamed vegetables. We were both very disappointed being the cost of our meal was $27 and change. We did order one drink...it was $2.99. We do not plan to return.
