What a disappointment!! I ordered by phone then sent family members to pick it up. The food was ready when the family entered Teriyaki Grill. Problem was...one employee took at least 3 phone orders while our food sat getting cold. It took at least 20 minutes for the employee to give us our food.Cold Teriyaki is very bad. Won't go back. Advise you to go elsewhere...maybe Panda Express.

Food is decent. But this place is never open. They say there open but we went on a Friday night, they were closed, we tried on Monday night, they were closed. I have a feeling this place will shut down soon.

We absolutely loved Teryaki grill. My to go order today was a very gross . The meat tastes like it sat out for hours before serving. Extremely chewy, extremely dry, but still pink in the middle. called to let the manager know how the meat tastes and to see if whatever they were doing with the meat to go back to they way they used to make it. (fresh when ordered) the girl on the phone asked someone there if i could speak with them and they said no. I asked when I could call back and they said it's hit and miss. I told them I would rather speak with them then to leave a bad review over one bad meal. They said to go ahead and leave a bad review. So here it is. Please cook the meat fresh to order like you used too. I called December 20th at 4:45 pm.

This is the worst chicken I've ever had in my life. It's not only tasteless but stale and overcooked. It feels rubbery like it's old chewed up gum. I've been going to this brand for years but it's never been this bad, EVER. Service was great but took it to go and am having to just eat veggies and rice. Highly suggest you pick a different food place, pretty much anywhere but here ?

Ordered a little steak and chicken bowl. Food was ready in a few minutes. This obviously indicates it’s not fresh nor made to order. I get the food and the meat is ice cold, over cooked and chewy. Rice was hot. I sent it back for a refund and won’t be back. Such a shame as I used to eat here daily when they first came to St. George and were located on Sunset. The quality of food and obviously staff has deteriorated. Stop trying to be fast food, anyone would be wiling to wait 10-15mins for a fresh healthy meal. I’d recommend going back to the drawing board with the employees and teach them how to properly cook and handle meat as well.

Place smells weird. No AC fountain drinks machine has been down for months. Overpriced bottled drinks that aren't even cold. Go to teriyaki madness down the street you won't regret it. I used to love this place. Now it's just sad. Needs new

First time in, I stood at the counter to order for 10 minutes and the only one who noticed or said anything was a customer. The smell was horrendous inside, like a sewer. I thought I could just get by that, but when no one noticed that I was standing there, I finally just left and went to Albertsons.
