The breakfast was hard as a rock. Clearly they don’t make fresh anything here. The dude couldnt understand anything and messed our order up multiple times. We had to ask multiple times for ketchup too. The Hispanic guy with the greased over hair was so high he couldn’t understand us. They gave us attitude when we asked for hot sauce. This is unacceptable the whole crew should be fired immediately. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never eat here again I recommend to not go to this McDonald’s.

This place sucks always messes our order up at night. Went there tonight to order a grilled chicken sandwich with no tomatoes on the deluxe told the guy three times no tomatoes and grilled...I got crispy with tomatoes. This is ridiculous this keeps happening with me and my boyfriend the staff needs to do better.

The first employee couldn't take our order because they didn't know the menu. They asked if we wanted cheese on our breakfast sandwich, we said sure. We thought it came with it. They charged us extra for it but in the end!!!At the end, we waited another 3-4 min to get our food because the 2nd employee had to flirt with the gentleman in front of us after giving him his food.Thanks McDonald's 21st street!!!!!!!!!!!!
