The food is great, but the service at this location is soooooo slow. Even if you order ahead for pick up you end up waiting abnormally long just to be able to get someone’s attention long enough to hand you your food. I work in the area so I order ahead and the last 3 times I’ve had to wait an extra 10 minutes or so on top of going 10 or 15 minutes after the original time it says it’s supposed to be ready.

The food was good. Their app automatically added a tip, and that was annoying as I didn't notice. I ordered curbside pick up, and I had to call to see when they'd bring the food out. The last 3 times I ordered pick up, I've had to call. One time, the food was just chilling there for 20 minutes, so they definitely need to pay better attention to their orders. The employee was nice and professional, and their soup was delish along with their grilled cheese, not too greasy and tasty.
It was very disappointing to see the online orders were more important than the in person customers. As we were waiting three customers in front of us walked out. When we finally made it through the soda machine had several flavors out of order. Diet Coke being one of them. We will not be going back.

Although I was picking up an order as a door dasher, I was picking up an order for a customer. I mentioned the customers name, they ignored me. The second employee helped someone else, the third employee said it was going to be a minute. 15 minutes in finally another employee asks me the order. They turn around and the order is there, why was I told it wasn’t ready when it was sitting on the shelf? Well the explanation giving to me was my “accent”. WHAT ACCENT? I speak perfect English and I said the customers name in English. Was that why I was being ignored because of my nonexistent “accent”, were the other dashers being ignored for that same reason? Being told I have an accent because of my skin color feels like a racist attack.I may not be the one eating that cold food that’s been sitting on a shelf for more than 15 minutes but I bet the customer wasn’t so happy.Before anyone thinks it was busy, it was empty. Just a party of two.
So excited I found a Old $20 gift card while cleaning. There was one girl working online orders. Waited about 5minutes. Once the line hit 10 Deep she started to process these customers while four other employees were restocking and cleaning. The line took forever. They changed the menu and quinoa is no longer available, they replace it with wild rice. The beef on top is not actually meat. The Arugula was wilted. Mushroom soup was so salty it was inedible. Went to pay and the gift card was no longer valid. $26! I will not be eating at Zuppas ever again!
