We were at the Jordan Landing location and they had the front door propped open and the back door propped open which made the dining area cold for the customers that were dining in. When I asked why the doors were propped open the staff said it gets hot for them. No wonder the dining area was empty, no one wanted to eat in a cold area. Think about the CUSTOMERS! Plus my food got cold quickly too. Definitely will not come back to this location!

Ive never been given such small portions ever. The lady infront got a kids meal and it had 5x the meat cheese and beans as my nacho did. I counted i was given 6 whole black beans and a small pinch of sweet pork. Please fix and ill be back

I had to specifically come and give a glowing review for this location. I have a SEVERE gluten allergy and this is a location I love to go to because they are always kind, patient, and respectful my allergy. I was never made to feel like I am a burden and I have never had a contamination. I love this costa vida. The reason I'm giving this review is because I was at a different location today, and not only had been treated poorly, dismissed when I brought the allergy up, and now have gluten poisoning.This is proof that I should remain loyal and only eat at this Costa Vida. Thank you, the day Staff that has helped keep my tummy happy and my guts healthy.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly upon request :)

I go here all the time and they are super friendly. The last time I went, I didn't know what to order, so they gave me some suggestions of what I could get and it was delicious! If you don't like pico, I suggest getting the mango salsa as a substitute.
