It's pretty standard for Culver's but they charge for fry sauce which is a bit ridiculous. Every other Culver's you get a certain amount with your order, but this one charges you $0.25 which isn't much but it's the principle. It's also not special fry sauce, it's the standard fast food fry sauce everyone gives out.

Slowest drive thru ever. Waiting 20 minutes so far on a Wednesday night for a single burger. Correction I waited 31minutes for one butter cheese burger with bacon. No fries and no drink. All I ordered was the burger. At 25 minutes I asked if I could get my money back as I have been waiting 25 minutes. He said he would go get my order. Waited another 5 and almost left to go home and dispute the charge in my credit card because I had had it and then he finally brought my burger. 31 minutes. Never have I waited so long in a drive through anywhere. Never go here! I would hate to see how slow they would be in the weekend. Maybe they should pay a better wage so they can hire some help as they seemed really short handed.

All the way from Australia to try a burger and concrete- more frozen custard on the outside of the cup than inside, burger only had meat/cheese. For an $8.50 burger- I’d expect what I ordered. Such a shame.
Stopped here before closing to get some ice cream and I was treated so kindly, even though they were about to close. The manager working tonight was awesome ?

I love culver's in general but this store has a major problem with shakes. I noticed they were skimping so I got three the last couple days to test it out hardly any toppings and they aren't mixed at all just a few on top and at the bottom. Sad to see as it wasn't like that a year ago. Go somewhere else.

Took my order home and found out my burger had no meat whatsoever and when I took it back they only refunded the burger and then they only put the meat on the burger when I paid for bacon also and I ended up having to get a side of bacon to put on my burger and honestly I will never come back to Culver's again. I am really disappointed in the food industry of how bad the food and service is that we pay for
