Alonzo needs to work on his customer service skills. He was very rude and then gave us the wrong drink then took it back after we touched it and gave it to someone else. Food was good though.

The inside is nicely setup and the staff were kind. The quality of the ice cream is not what you would expect from Dairy Queen. It's more icey than creamy. Wish DQ would hold their franchises to a standard on what cream base they use.

Not all locations are equal but I’ve always been really impressed with the food I order and the staff is so friendly. My only complaint is that the music or TV is too loud for the small space

Went today and it took 37 minutes. Also the lady would only focus on drive thru the lobby was full and only getting fuller the kid Karoli was a great worker with an even better attitude thanks so much karoli. And let’s not even talk about the 2 guys in the back one was licking his fingers and the other just looked confused. Do they not understand food safety? You guys need to improve your crew or better train them this is absolutely unacceptable
If you want terrible service and have an hour to wait for your food to be made incorrectly, then go here. Don’t give your money to whomever owns this place, they don’t deserve it.
