We walked in before they closed. I waited forever for the boy to take my order. When he finally came to take my order, I asked for an açai bowl and he said that he could no longer make those because they were closed when it was him that took forever to take my order. I’ve been to Jamba Juice before and have never been told that they can’t make an açai bowl. Horrible customer service. I asked for a medium and was given a large. I couldn’t even check my receipt because I wasn’t given one, to see if I was charged for a medium or a large. I could tell that they rushed my drink because it was very unappealing. Definitely did not taste how I normally get it. You can tell they were both just trying to get out of there because we felt rushed. Never going back to this location again.

I wanted to personally thank you guys for helping my boyfriend tonight before closing. I have been supper sick the last couple of days and the only thing I wanted was a mango smoothie, I know it was closing time but you guys made it anyways and made my night as well so thank you from the bottom of my heart ?
