My mother gave us a gift card for Jimmy John's. WE have never eaten there.When we went into order I told the cashier we had never eaten here. Is there something I missed when ordering or do all their sandwiches only come with 4 pieces of meat, 3 tomatoes and a quarter cup of lettuce? I assumed my sandwich would have mayo and mustard. Nope, nothing. If that is something you have to ask for perhaps someone should have told us. How in the hell does this place stay in business? I will never eat there again. Ordered 3 sandwiches. We all threw them away and went to Jersey Mike's.

everything is cross contaminated. so this place isn't safe for anyone who has a food allergy. they changed this about a month ago. all meat and veggies are cut on the same cutter they don't clean the blade between cutting new things. they have a new allergy sign on the door but not on the app. ordered a wrap with no tomatoes only to find out that all the ingredients would be covered in tomatoes so asking to not have them on your sandwich doesn't matter

This place is going down hill. Highers ungrateful employees and they make excuses for getting orders wrong and it really lost the pace it’s super slow. i wrote out the order because the app was down and it was stop and go the whole order with someone who is just not capable of simply taking an order. Part that got me was his facial expressions like something is wrong with me when I criticized his approach and work ethic (acting like he doesn’t care) it’s annoying and I won’t be back to a spot I’ve been going to for years but do they care?? Nah prob not and this is the problem with America just highering entitled people who get excuses in a world we should be more thankful.

Loved my sandwich. Almost always enjoy it from this establishment. I would recommend the roast beef to anyone.*Hint - add the oil & vinegar for free.Parking: The parking lot is sort of weird. They have a large empty lot that they must share with surrounding stores, but a small lot just outside their store that is strange to pull into. Doesn't make sense to have both; take out the dividers and make it one very nice lot!
