Heard they brought back the nashville hot sauce and just had to go back and try it! Was attended by Eric and he seems to really care about the customers and their needs. Left with my food happy, overall a streamline process with the mobile app, even got some free nuggets from the in-app promotion.The ONLY drawback to this visit was the chicken sandwich. I was told a 10 minute wait for an 8 piece chicken meal or I could get half and half of chicken and tenders for no wait. I opted for the no wait even though I only wanted chicken. They told me to pull forward and they would bring it out. I pulled forward and waited 25 MINUTES!! Absolutely ridiculous. They were even bringing food out to other customers that came after I did. I won’t eat here again.

Waited 15 minutes to order while they looked for a key , they asked for our order 7 times . I'd Rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the other KFC. We Got it home and after they asked a lot of times they still got the order wrong. Horrible experience. And we'll be going to a different KFC where the service and food is better.
