Food handling by staff is discusrung. Girl kept touching and wiping her nose. Cursing in the back that she didn't have berries for the salad I ordered. Not clean, canceled my order. Then they could not pricess my refund.

Order is wrong two times in a row. First i got a refund on. They're excuse they don't have enough ingredients and they ran out
The food is very good, but the attention and the waiting time are very bad, too bad, they make you wait for an order up to more than half an hour just for two items

They are struggling. Went in at 10 am on a Saturday, was the only person in line and they didn't acknowledge me for a good 15 min. Line piled up behind me and I could tell the people who already ordered were frustrated and had been waiting forever. Went somewhere else. You should figure out how to handle a rush cause that was terrible.

I was shocked to see Taylor was no longer here after I got back from a work trip. I would always place my catering orders with her and could rely on her. I reached out to her since I had her private cell for catering and was very unhappy to hear she no longer works here. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but this place is in disarray and chaos. Horrible service- slow and unsatisfactory- no one seems to know what they are doing. Taking my business elsewhere from now on

Their cheddar bread was so good toasted. It did smell a bit unpleasant when I first opened it. Their tarts were ok but not the best. The employee tending drive thru was so smiley and nice. Thank

Promptly deleted a previous negative review I had left over a year ago after visiting tonight. I showed up at 8:45pm with low expectations that most items wouldn’t be available so close to closing, especially after previous experiences. I was wrong about this as I had asked what was still available, trying to be open to a very limited menu but after checking, to my surprise, everything I had hoped for was available. Aside from that, I was very impressed with the staff who had helped me, specifically someone named Jay (I believe), who had taken my order. I had assumed that with me showing up so last minute and with them preparing to close, it would likely be an unpleasant experience but Jay was extremely accommodating and friendly to me. Almost all their soups were still available and the kitchen staff went out of their way to make me a panini sandwich, even after having shut down the grill presses. Was very happy with the customer service tonight and felt some credit was definitely due.

The quality of food at this location has really declined. I got the southwest salad and it was mostly lettuce. Horrible. I had to throw it out unless I only wanted lettuce for dinner. Same with the sandwiches- mostly lettuce

I have to be honest I felt ripped off after going here. We got 2 “Large” salads and 2 “bowls” of soup and with tax it was like $51. The “Large” salads were not very large especially for the price and the “bowls” of soup were much smaller than I would expect for what you pay. Then they ask if you want 1 or 2 dressings and charge you more for the extra dressing that you won’t even end up needing for that not so large salad. Personally I don’t think I could justify going to kneaders again after this. Just seems like you can get much more for much less pretty much anywhere else.

Wow Kneaders service is going downhill. I bought 3 brownies and this is what I get. This is NOT 3 brownies. When I call them the response is “well you can come back” that’s unacceptable and these “3” brownies were over $9 and this is what I get. Highly don’t recommend this location.

I am pleased every time I go :-) the sourdough is a very good option for gluten-free people. I also love the rewards points on the app, they are great for when you go here often :-)They weren't the most attentive. They also blew my mom off when she said it was her birthday. She hadn't put her birthday into the app yet...they could've at least acted like they cared....
