Kiosk is annoying due to employees not paying attention to front.Order specifically stated light salt on fries as I decided to place an "Eat In" order... My order sat on top of open sauce boxes. Fries are over cooked hard as rocks and looks like snow but salt on the fries.
Any excuse in the world to either get your order wrong or not serve you at all. This may be the closest McDonald’s to me, but I’ll travel anywhere for service that’s not rock

Place a curbside order, parked and checked in, waited, waited some more since it was dinner time. After 15 minutes my order showed closed in my app. As I was going to go in and see where my food was, a worker came out with my drinks and asked if I got my food yet, I said no and he went to see what happened. He said someone else stole my food and I had to wait longer to get my order redone.
