The Thai chicken pizza was absolutely horrible. There was way to much Thai dressing, we used paper towels to blot the excess off, but the pizza still turned out soggy, the cheese bread and salad were just okay. We were very disappointed as this was a birthday dinner for our sister. BTW, the pizza ended up in the trash.

The cashier (male) needs some customer service skills. As I came to the register to make my order, he walked away, did not say anything, and I waited there for about 5 min. The guy that was preparing the pizzas had to go on the back to get him. He then came to the register, and again, he did not say or ask any questions. 5 stars ? to the guy who was literally doing everything else, preparing the pizzas, answering the phone, and saying thank you. As per my pizza, I asked for a chicken artichoke, and my pizza had no artichokes or enough spinach, but a lot of seasoning... very disappointed ? and yes, the cashier also prepared my pizza ?

We usually love this Papa Murphys location but we had a bad experience. There was a young kid there making the pizzas and we found a metal/plastic bag tie mixed in with our topings on a family size Cowboy pizza. When we brought it in he did nothing about it but he said they don't have those there. It came from somewhere and was definitely wrapped in the pizza before we brought it home.

I always like this Papa Murphy's. I've been to other ones throughout the valley and I feel like this has the best customer service and friendliest people. I also want to give a shout out to the employee that was working by himself tonight! I should have looked at his name badge because he was so calm and collected with all the people coming in for the Tuesday night deal and he was friendly to everyone. Great job!

Super annoying when you’re trying to get your order in by 8:30 (store closes at 9; don’t want to be that guy who orders right before close), and then no stores will honor any orders. If you stop accepting orders by 8:30, then your hours should be 8:30, or your website should make it very clear that you stop honoring online orders 30 minutes before close.

Employee with glasses took charge. Kept up with business as it got busier. Other employee didn’t seem as alert as the other employee, but he did great with customer service. Greeted the customers every time they came in. Outstanding service from a papa Murphy’s. Let alone a fast food business. Glad I came to this location. Just goes to show you don’t need 5 workers to keep a good shift. Just employees that know how to work hard.

These guys at redwood and 6800 dont measure cheese when I question them on it he said I've been doing it long enough to know about how much to put on. So you get less cheese than you should I will have to go somewhere else where I get what I pay for.
