waited two hours for my delivery - heard nothing from them so i finally called the restaurant. apparently, they 3rd party delivery now - and nothing on the pizzahut website says anything about this - and since this third party picked my order up - pizzahut can no longer can do anything about it. now i have to go call another company i don't know anything about and find out where my food is. when i asked for the contact information for pizzahut costumer service the person on the phone line initially refused to give me anyone on pizzahut's side to talk to before finally asking me to wait on hold so they could get a manager. waited on hold for a good few minutes before they hung up on me.called 3rd party only to be transferred me back to pizzahut. pizza hut said they need to talk to the original restaurant and they'd call be back.it's been two days - i've heard nothing from anyone and i still have a charge on my credit card

Not sure what the heck happened to Pizza Hut, but the crust is super thin now and there’s hardly and sauce on the pizza. The crust was also dry and the classic butter seasoning was missing. We won’t be back unless they go back to their classic recipes.

Doordash delivered my food to the wrong place. They wouldn’t respond so I contacted the Pizza Hut. They fixed the issue and came and brought my food personally. They were very nice and I will order from them again.

I called half hour before to get my order, and they said to pick it up in 15 minutes, got there 20 minutes later, and find out that my order was not ready and they said they have to remake it cause someone else pick up my order or wrong name whatever their excuse was, I had to wait there for another half hour to get my order, these workers need to be remove right away, bad customer service and fail to do there job,plus when they have me my order, it was cold and it looks like was been there and they didn’t even know what they doing, I was there between 4:30pm and 5:30pm Thursday 10/26/2023
