Went to your store in Jordan landing they were out of everything and it was only 11:00 and that's not the first time that has happened the last 4 times I have been there they tell me the same thing we are out of that not very good service if you ask

I selected a $25.99 boxed meal deal, and yet, by making my selections that it comes with, before tax in the cart the price now is $37.99. Why am I charged $12 more for making no changes and only making my selections that the deal comes with? On top of that, there is no telephone to call to ask the question and place an order with someone.

I have always loved Pizza Hut since I was a kid. My all time favorite pizza. Food did not disappoint. We tried to order drinks and was told their fountain machine was out of order. I was slightly disappointed but got a bit upset when the families behind us had no problem using the machine as we drank out of the 2 liters that we ordered instead. This part isn't a complaint but more informative about the lack of knowledge and experience of the staff. They wanted to make sure that we knew it was going to be 45 minutes to an hour for our food. Almost a deterrent from staying to eat. It was 15 to 20 minutes before our food was served. We hadn't even started scooping when the bus boy asked if we had dishes we could clear. 2 minutes into eating, another young man asked if we wanted boxes. My father-in-law got up to order another 2 liter, and the bus boy came running for his plate. Again, 5 minutes into eating. Unknowledgable and untrained staff. Almost to the point we felt unwelcome. Not sure I will eat in again, maybe to go.
