I come here quite often as it's down the road from my house, they do a pretty good job majority of the time but lately I've been having missing items. And today I ordered 2 sausage egg & cheese biscuits. I'd be more understanding if they were busy at the time but I was the only one there. So.... where's my sausage in both biscuits?! Lol but the workers there are always kind!

I used to get breakfast here every morning. Today I went in to redeem points on the app and it just swallowed my points with no reward. When I pointed this out to the "manager", she said it was a known issue and that she didn't want to do anything about it. Again, I have eaten breakfast here almost every morning for the last year, interacting with this person multiple times, and she still gave me an unacceptable and unreasonable response. I will not be returning, which sucks since the rest of the staff has always been very kind to me.

Taco Salad was missing the Wendy’s Chili. I thought that was the whole point of the Taco Salad- it’s salad, with chips & chili.It’s not as if the kitchen ran out of chili though, I still got my bowl of chili I ordered.The point of my order was that I wanted the Wendy’s Chili that is typically included in a Taco Salad, in addition to a bowl of it on the side, because the Chili is that good. Yet here I am, I ended up with less chili than I ordered. Why?Also, no straw with my soft drink in a drive-through order?
