This Wendy’s wasn’t great. They were out of lots of kinds of drinks and got a lot of my order wrong. Their food is good, but I’d like to receive what I order.

I went through the drive thru. I didn’t get my receipt for a large order…. They missed a frosty and fry. They had me pull up while they got my order together, which I was fine with. If I had my receipt I could have an order number to call about or even a number…. ?‍♀️ the chili was flavorless. I’ve been here before and it’s been better. I was Very disappointed.

This Wendy’s was horrible Service and horrible food we purchased four spicy chicken sandwiches that were so dry. They couldn’t be eaten my 94-year-old father. Would have broke a tooth trying to eat these we took two of them back through two in the garbage they would only replace three of them even though we had the receipt acted like we were lying about it Showed her how dry the sandwiches were the managers name was Pat ignorant to deal with I would advise not to eat there. 12 723 Kathleen Anderton.

Just came from Wendy's. I went through the drive-through to order. The fries were cold and stale! The sandwich was cold, and I didn't get a receipt so I could do the survey. So this is what I can do.

Ordered two Baconator triple yesterday 10/20~~~ not a single piece of bacon... I thought they heard me wrong. So today (10/21) I went to a different Wendy's and ordered two BACONATOR... And again no bacon. Did Wendy's change it up?!?!

I stopped by Friday looking for the Halloween booklets that Wendy's has been advertising on television. The young man that helped me was very kind and very well mannered. I must say, that was the best customer service I have received in a long time.

Biggest thing that makes my day is looking forward to a nice big coke with dinner and when I get home it's flat no carbonation.....and they forgot to give me my frosty which I forgot too but the one star is for the drink. It's bad enough they charge over 3 bucks for a drink now which is half ice.

Would prefer 0 stars option. This was 2nd visit to this location in a few weeks and both times were ridiculous! Several employees were back in food prep and drive thru area and just ignored us for several minutes. They weren't doing anything, just standing around. The first visit we waited at least 10 minutes to place our order and we were the only ones in the store. The second visit we didn't wait around but left after 4 or 5 minutes of waiting at the counter while they stood around doing nothing. We walked out and went down the street to another location that actually had an employee working the counter taking orders. The one at about 6500 S. Redwood Rd. Is a much better one to go to!
