Went thru the drive thru and service was terrible. My order was as wrong even though I repeated my order twice.

I love eating here! The chicken rice bowl with yellow curry is my favorite but I've had their salad and their soup as well and those were good too. Make sure you get it the Zao way so you get it will all the toppings.

The staff greeted me immediately and was so helpful with the menu! The place was immaculately clean and everyone was so nice. I ordered a meatball bahn mi wrap and it was amazing! Flavorful and packed with delicious, fresh ingredients! I can't wait to go back!

I had an amazing experience at this fast food restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious - hot, and fresh. The menu had a great variety of options to choose from, and everything was reasonably priced. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the restaurant and the speedy service. It's clear that they take hygiene seriously, which is important to me. I can't wait to come back and try more items from their menu. Highly recommended!

This is our go-to lunch place. Each dish seems well-thought out and has full flavor. Because the food is high quality whatever whatever I get leaves me feeling satisfied and NOT bloated or tired. The tacos are my favorite and if i'm wanting to indulge I get the meatball bowl. Also, GET the rice crispy trust me!
I definitely would not recommend people with peanut allergies to eat here. The only reason why I got to try this place is because I work for doctors office and the doctor picked this place to eat. Mind you I've tried many many other Asian restaurants and Zaos never sparked my interest to ever eat there. I should of went with my gut instinct and just ate my 'home lunch' instead of eating at zaos even if it was a free meal from my doctor. We went in to pick up the food and I noticed the workers not even changing their gloves when they touch food/ the register. They also don't use different serving spoons for the toppings. They just used their hands to grab all the toppings, which is why if you have a peanut allergy you should note they don't care to use a different serving spoon. They just used their hands to grab the peanuts, and then move on to the next plate and don't switch their gloves. When I ate my food Instantly felt sick and started going into anaphylactic shock. At work I had to take a Benadryl and go to the urgent care to get a steroid shot to make sure I wasn't gonna die I'd say If I didn't take that Benadryl it would of been my worse nightmare and I would of been in terrible condition. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. The workers are terrible and don't care when it comes to cross contamination.

This is generally a staple for us. We love Zao, and we usually order here.But today was a different experience. Our orders were very wrong; both had onions, broccoli and corn, despite one needing no onions and the other was needing to be just broccoli (because I literally can't eat corn). The toppers were completely wrong too; neither had the carrots we asked for and one even had peanuts, a common allergen we definitely did not ask for.Normally I don't really fault a place for making one or two mistakes on an order but this was so badly botched that we couldn't eat it (because of allergies), and we didn't have time to go back to get it fixed.Read those orders carefully! I'd rather spend an extra minute waiting for it to be right than have to throw food I paid for in the trash.

Food was, ok. The counter help was great, nice and helpful. Food was not memorable, no atmosphere, but the out door seating on a mid August day is nice. Being asked to tip when we have to order from a counter, seat ourselves, and clean up after ourselves, should not be rewarded. #

Just left the drive thru. While placing the order, there were several people outside right next to the drive up in zao clothing vaping with the door to the building open. While vaping is your own choice, to have it at the open back door, is that sanitary? Further, when I pulled up to the window to pay, could see an employee just sit down and not doing anything. No one came to the window, it was several minutes later before anyone came to the window. Not very personable or professional. And the one sitting down, stood up and made some comment to the one handing me food. They both looked my way and laughed. Not professional.
