We came in on a Saturday that wasn’t expected to be so busy. Dani and Savannah were the ONLY 2 employees on the floor running around doing literally everything. They handled the overwhelming crowd very well and were running to get everyone taken care of as fast as possible. They maintained great customer service and went above and beyond. The manager was available but was very little help and eventually called in support. Dani and Savannah were excellent and kept the place functioning.

Ordered water with our cocktails and our food. We didn't get our water until we asked for our check.I ordered the "shrimp" tacos and it was a 6" tortilla filled with the whitest iceberg lettuce I've every seen, it wasn't even shredded (probably the same lettuce they use for the burgers/sandwiches) there was only 2 medium sized shrimp and shredded cheese and I believe it was their fry sauce. The tortilla is the only that resemble Mexican food. Extremely disappointed

If there were a lower rating, I would use it. Never in my life have I seen such a disaster calling itself a "Ruben sandwich." Rubens can be exquisitely good, but what I was served tonight was a grease-soaked, over-fried, conglomeration of bits of fatty corned beef, strings of sauerkraut and drippings of unnamed "cheese" on dried out bread......served with warmed-over, half-burned fries, it was an assault. And an insult! My husband's Monty Cristo was likewise grease-soaked and half burned. People, for the sake of your customers - which we will NEVER be again - PLEASE learn to cook!

Went there tonight. Sat at a table and noone helped us. So we moved to the bar where 20 minutes later someone took our drink order. For 15 minutes we saw several plates of food waiting to be delivered to patrons. No warmer so guaranteed that food was cold. Noone came back to take our food order. So we got up and left. 30 minutes wasted!
Tatiana is the BEST!!!!! Drink was never empty she needs a raise!

So my husband an I have been going to this bar before it became a bar. We loved it never had any issues at all but ever since the manager Tara took overt went down hill for us. 2 yrs ago they said my husband went in the women restroom looking for me but our friends said she open the door an yell foe me. For that reason he was 86 from the place. An then last yr one server charged us 35 dollars for 5 shots after that we ordered 6 shot which went up to 60 dollars was questioning her about it she said it was patron but later said it was don julio. We told her we didn't want it cus it was to much for 6 shots. She got mad told us if we didn't want to take the shots we had to leave so we left.but know we normally spend quit a bit of money there. But the manager Tara told us we were 86 due to not paying our tab. But I have proof I did pay our tab. Only thing I didny pay was for teb 6 shots we didn't take. She told us we were 86 until after football season. But when I went back after foot ball season she said I was 86 indefinitely due to the servers not wanting to see us at all. But I know some of the servers personally an they said they never were given a option or even talk to about us. An they even said they love us. I just feel she is being prejudice against us for what ever reason. A long rant but hope other people well come thru an let others know about thus place.

Wow. I was going to come and try this establishment out, BUT after reading the many bad reviews of the same problems, I think I will try another. After having the same issues at other bars, I have visited. sounds like a take it or leave it attitude and do not truly care to listen to the negative reviews. Hope next time in town, the reviews have gotten better, and I can come enjoy a cold one.
