The ladies up front were very rude to a gentleman that looked like he was a little challenged. He was a paying customer and they still processed to tell him he had only 30 min to eat & get out. My 7 yr old was confused & also that we had that same time frame to eat and get moving. I won't go back there..Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is not kid friendly

I have left poor reviews of the service at Burger King. Today is the opposite. I ordered from the drive through window and was met with enthusiasm. Dustin made me feel like I was a friend and was happy I was there to see him. The service was great and I will make it a point to drive out of my way to go back. Thanks Dustin I enjoyed my visit despite the breakfast sandwich being a little cold. It was still enjoyable and delicious.

The music in here is so loud that the order taker cannot hear me when I am ordering. The order taker had to yell out my order back to me The music station is annoying not pleasant.Shame on you for not giving the public a pleasant atmosphere to eat lunch at

When I got there the person doing drive thru was extremely rude, and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. I also was missing part of my meal and when I went to say something they closed the window on me.

I drove through got just a sandwich which was a shroom and Swiss burger I got out of the drive-thru got turned around cuz it's very hard to access the sandwich was cold I worked my way back to get it replaced and they asked me if I wanted to replace or or if I wanted my money back and I said well if I got the choice I'll take the money back I said you're not going to compensate me for my trouble and they said no and then as I was walking out I asked if they like bad reviews they said well just go ahead and do it and we don't care so attitude was just pitiful manager was rude but never go there again ever

It took a few minutes to get helped. The staff was kinda having a good time amongst themselves. A bit loud and distracted but they seemed in good spirits. Food was solid and taste freshly prepared. If I was to give it a rating compared to other bk's I would do a 7.9.Slightly above average. I will definitely return

Their online customer support was emaculate so I felt like they deserved and updated review.***(Original review)I ordered 2 Hershey pies, 4 eight piece nuggets, and two oreo shakes. What I got, 5 eight piece nuggets, a large fry, a bacon king burger, and two shakes that they told me were old ones that were melted that someone just didn't pick up. I can't know for sure but it seems like all these employees were twacked out of their minds based off of how they were acting. Do better bk

I ordered an egg burrito with no meat and it came with bacon and pork sausage which I can't eat. After removing the pork it was excellent, large, hot and the tater tots added a nice crunchiness and flavor.
