My wife picked up dinner tonight on her way home from work. She waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of her and 4 cars behind her. So she couldn't just leave. When someone finally came to the speaker, he said we will be with you as soon as we can, but we are in the middle of a manager's mtg. When she told him she had been waiting for so long, he took her order.When she got the food home, she ordered no beans and pork tacos. She had chicken tacos, and one of them was soggy from being in the black beans she asked not to have. I got steak tacos, and on one of them, there were only 2 small pieces of steak. None of the orders were right, my son should have had a shredded chicken and steak taco, but got grilled dried out chicken.All of the tacos had 2-5 small pieces of meat. You couldn't even tell there was meat. No Pico on any of them even though she asked for it.The queso was cold and only about half full. And 2 of the 3 salsas lids weren't on tight, so it was all soggy in the bag.My wife loves Cafe Rio, and I typically like it. But the one off 5600 West on High Market Drive is not a good location. This is not the first and only experience like this we have had at this location.

Don't understand how I am ALWAYS missing items from my order. Even when it's dead slow and I order online. I refuse to leave the restaurant until I open all my order up, because I am guaranteed to find that I am missing at least two things. How hard is it?!

This location does not honor the first responder discount that all of the other locations offer. Even if you show up in uniform, they decline to honor it. And the servers are quite rude about it.I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to go to one of the cafe rio locations that does honor it. I Will not be back at this location, and if you work in a uniform, I don’t recommend you waste your time at this location either.

Worst effing meal ever. My salad was literally a damn puddle. I threw it away. Worst service. And the person didn't want to take my order cause I wasn't speaking Spanish.Gave it another chance and they failed even worse then before. Want good food go to the new Chipotle across the street!!!!!
