Called in for 26 sandwiches at 10 am and they said it would be ready by 12:30 finally at 1:30 I got my order. Terrible service. The girl up front was turning customers away saying it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait for them. No cooking skills they were only cooking 2 sandwiches at a time.

Order online claimed no service fees it was 25 in store and 32 bucks online and it charged me for the meal and did not go through to the store and it wanted a nother payment even though it had charged my card just go in and enjoy the extended wait in there lobby you can watch the Uber drivers mis treet the staff while you

I love this place! Never a disappointment!! I tried the wagyu and beef salad today and it is one of the best salads I've ever had! The vinaigrette gornonzola dressing is absolutely delicious, nice portions of everything they put on the salad so every bite is so flavorful. I will definitely order this again! My friend got the Bobby and he's ever-so-happy as well. This is my favorite sandwich shop, no doubt, keep up the great work!

I am giving 4 stars for the taste of the food.They had the front door propped open - it was cold and windy - 2 stars.Capriott's can be a little expensive, I spent nearly $23 for a large sandwich. Like I said the taste is good but I nearly ate it all in one sitting before being satisfied. (Let's not forget the pressure of the tip upon purchasing...)

I had the Thanksgiving dinner in a bun. (The Bobbie ) The turkey was not only dry but hard. There is no moisture in it at all. I even tried dipping it in the gravy. This is the first complaint I have had. The other sandwiches I have had have been top Notch. To die for.

Great staff on A Sunday! Awesome cheese steak. Should have more meat but…. Was absolutely Awesome! Hot, burned the mouth! Not like other same type of places where it is Luke warm. Thanks! (Only filler one leg to 3/4…lol)
Staff was cold and pretty sure was casting shade in the back about me. Lights where off like it was closed. Staff hiding in the back.

Philly had no onions or mushrooms. Turkey sandwich was dry! No mustard as I requested.

Came in yesterday "Friday" at 7:30 pm. They already had all the chairs put away and were sweeping and mopping, so nowhere to sit and eat. I came for the American Wagyu French dip, which I had just seen a commercial for. The girl looked at me like I was crazy and said, "we don't carry that anymore. So, I ended up ordering one of the other American wagyu sandwiches. Another customer walked in and ordered. Meanwhile, no one was in the kitchen they were just cleaning or taking orders. I noticed they don't even close till 9 pm, so I'm not sure why they were cleaning the restaurant while there were customers ordering. When I opened my sandwich, the veggies weren't even on the sandwich. They just were just sitting there when I unwrapped the wrapper. There was no sauce on the sandwich. The one positive I have is that the American Wagyu meat was very good. I really wish they would have had the French dip like I had just seen a commercial for.

I came in today to pick up my online order. This location has let me down in the past so before driving away I checked my two sandwiches in the car. I'm so glad I did because one of my sandwiches was entirely incorrect. The bigger issue is how I was treated when coming back into the location. I wasn't greeted, I let the worker know I received someone else's sandwich. The worker didn't say a word then chucked the sandwich in the trash aggressively. The workers said a few words to each other while the sandwich was being made, other than that it was silence. When they were done they came up to me and gave me the sandwich which I replied thank you, have a good day with no response back. The food was okay, once it was correct however I will not be coming back to this location. No one and I mean no one should be treated like this. I am actually still in shock that this actually happened to me. A paying customer who simply wanted the food I paid for.
