“I had some time to kill as my cat was at a nearby shop so I ventured into Dali Crepes. Crepes are one of my favorite comfort foods and DC foods not disappoint. Before entering, I past the outdoor domes with tables set comfortably for 8, complete with blankets and mini heaters (it's still February). So fun for a small group! The inside space is big, beautiful, bright, and impeccably clean. The menu made it difficult to decide as I love both savory and sweet Crepes. The have a lovely assortment of non-coffee beverages for those like me that dont drink a lot of coffee drinks, as well as high end espresso, and more. To top it off, the service with outstanding.I will be going back with friends.10/10 would recommend.Vegetarian options: There are a couple of vegetarian Crepes. And of course, the sweet crepes.“

“I had the time of my life! I never dreamed I'd be able to attend culinary school while living in Utah until I heard about PCCI. At the time they were only located in Park City, Utah which was too far for me to drive on a daily basis. I followed them on social media and the minute they opened a new location in Salt Lake City, I signed up. I took the eight week course that ended in the pastry curriculum. I loved the way Chef Rebecca Millican taught her classes. It appealed to me the most because of the organization of how the classes were laid out and the hands on experience of making doughs, custards, pastry and confections. Although the pastry portion was my favorite, the skills I learned in the rest of the course are what I use the most in my business.I graduated a little over a year ago and immediately started my own catering company. I also have the opportunity to teach and assist at many events. I LOVE MY NEW CAREER! I set my own schedule and work when I want to.When our time was up I didn't want to leave. Our class became fast friends and we had a blast. Instead of a big banquet hall feel, the Tasting Room felt comfortable and intimate, even though we had over 100 people there. It was the middle of winter, so I can't speak to their outdoor accommodations, but their indoor venue is gorgeous, sleek, modern, and classy. Plus, A-MA-ZING food! Their caterer is Culinary Crafts, and I can see why they're voted Best of State very year. I'd be confident bringing high-end clients here.“

“Just had them cater my daughter’s wedding for just over 100 people. The food was delicious and the portions were large enough for grown men. We went with the butter-crumb chicken and cheesy potatoes. So many compliments on the food. We also have a few people with celiac that were served cilantro lime chicken and asked where is this place. Said it was the best gluten free roll they have ever had…..and they have tried a lot. Would use them again for sure…or maybe just hit them for lunch when I’m in the area!“

“Disclaimer: I haven't been to the physical store but one of my Polish colleagues brought these amazing goodies into the office, Paczki ( pronounced like ponchik). Essentially like filled donuts. And this of the Year in Feb for "Fat Thursday", I'm told they have more flavors. The black current filled one was surprising amazing. The breading has a slightly different and pleasant flavor than the traditional donut. I will definitely stop by the store in the future. Try the Paczki, especially this time of the year!“
