i ordered 2 burritos and drove all the way home to realize that they gave me one burrito and one bowl , i was unable to call on the phone because you’re only able to place an order and speak to an automated system so i drove all the back and they made me give the bowl back rather then letting me keep it for the inconvenience and remake the burrito . not sure whether or not i’ll be back to this location .

If you are visiting give them some time at the start of opening otherwise things wont be quite ready. I went today when they opened at 10:45 am some ingredients were not yet available, fresh drinks were not prepared, steak was rushed and full of un-chewable fat, just not a great experience. I love chipotle but I’ll visit other locations instead.

brand new restaurant and already horrible service. My customers order had drinks that the restaurant forgot. When i mentioned it the kid working there told me it wasnt on the order so i showed him that yes they did order the drinks, he told another lady who came over and gave me major attitude when I showed her that the customers order showed that they had in fact ordered the drinks. she starts walking away and then hands the other employee only one of the juices to give to me and walked away in a huff. And let me point out that at no point during this conversation did I give them attitude. To top it all off this is what they considered " securing the bag for delivery".

I am going to look for a different Chipotle and compare. I really hope to find something better.Probably won't be back anytime soon to West Valley Chipotle.

Ordered catering for food prep and everything was great. Can’t go wrong with some good eats. It’s new so it took a minute to get my food.BUT the employee took their time and I didn’t get my food until 30 mins after I was supposed to to pick it up.

They are new so I know they just went through training. However I have ate a many Chipotles food was what you expect but potion sizes were way small. I am guessing the burrito was almost half the size of any other location I have been to.

I was excited to see a Chipotle open up in West Valley since I hadn't been to one in years due to now having one close by. Couldn't remember much about the menu, but tried it today as take out. I got the carne asada as my protein on my salad which is served in a dish about half the size of a dinner plate and is smaller than most fast food salads. The ingredients are good quality but I consider this to be very expensive for what I got compared to other fast food places with comparable quality and flavor, which is why I'm rating them 3 stars. I probably won't be going back just for this reason. I could have had a whole meal at a decent restaurant for over $16 which would have had a small, but whole steak in it instead of just a few small pieces in a salad like I got today at the same price!

The food was great, I had the carne asada tacos. Seasoning was good, the portions were generous. Atmosphere was great, and the customer service were friendly. I’ve only tried a few other locations in town. This one is my 2nd favorite location, other than the Layton location. Will be back again.
